Each LeMans store – except for our workshop in Woolloongabba – is Bosch accredited, offering Bosch servicing. Our accredited stores understand how to handle, maintain, and service Bosch car parts, so you can rest assured your car is in good hands.

We can. A Safety Certificate is required for all vehicles being sold or re-registered in Queensland. This legal document shows that the car adheres to the safety requirements required of cars driving on Queensland roads. At LeMans, our mechanics can complete the checks necessary for a Safety Certificate. 

This is something we get asked a lot, and the answer is no. It’s a common misconception that booking in with a certified mechanic rather than your dealership will void your car’s warranty. When you book in with LeMans Motors, you won’t be voiding your car’s warranty. We are accredited by RACQ, and provide quality servicing and repairs to cars throughout the Brisbane region.

No. We never begin work on your car until we have briefed you and explained what it is we will be doing. At LeMans Motors, we believe in openness and transparency, which includes informing you of any repairs we plan to make on your vehicle before we begin the job. We feel that an informed customer is able to make more-knowledgeable decisions regarding their vehicle, and it is this value that motivates us to explain what we plan to do before we begin work. If something new comes up after you have been briefed, we will get in touch to inform you of this new information and ask how you would like to proceed.

Yes. We partner with Tyre Solutions to provide high-quality tyres to our customers. We can help you figure out which types of tyres your car needs, and find a suitable replacement. Have a budget you’d like to stick to? No problem, our team can help you stay within your spend limit without compromising on safety. 

The time it takes to service your Audi will depend on varying factors, such as the amount of work to be done to the vehicle. We will keep you updated on the completion time of your service. If we notice any additional issues while working on your car, we will contact you to ask how you would like to proceed before we commence new work. When you drop your car off with us, we will be able to give you a rough estimate on completion time for the service. If you are unable to collect your car at the completion time, simply let us know and we will do our best to organise a time that works.

Yes. At LeMans Motors, we offer a secure drop-off service that lets you safely leave your car with us 24/7. This is great for those who work regular office hours and are unable to drop their car off during our open times. Once you have left your car with us using our secure 24/7 drop-off service, we will be in touch to advise of any work we believe your vehicle requires before we begin the job. Once we have obtained your consent to proceed, and the job has been completed, you will get a call from us to organise a collection time. 

Your Audi servicing costs will also depend on a number of variables. This can include the age of your car, its model, and its condition. We will always ensure we discuss costs with you before we begin work on your vehicle, and will be in touch to discuss changes to the initial quote before we proceed with any additional work. This means you won’t get hit by unexpected costs when you come to collect your car at the end of the service.
