I had one leaking seal on a hub that needed replacing.This place quoted over $2,000 and told me I needed to replace my whole rear braking system.So I went to an honest mechanic instead, and the only problem was the seal, which I paid to get replaced.Next time you should try using some engine oil as lubricant before you try to do me like that.

Very easy and professional team. Be careful, these people are scammers. I was quoted $275 for a service plus $66 for the wiper blades. They tried to charge $450 for it all. They also tried to convince me to change the spark plugs, saying it is a very difficult job… I won’t be returning or recommending them to anyone.

Thank you John and Le Mans Miton’s Team!I highly recommended Le Mans Milton to do my car service from now! Their professionalism 5 Stars by how their handle the situation even tho I left my car at 2 AM in their workshop without book any appt 🥲. John kindly called me to ask about what happened with my car (They have my record as I had my annual service with them). They find the problem very quickly and the next day I got my car back with no charge 😳. He said there is nothing to charge, He just find the solution. As, you know many people will take an advantage us as a woman with no man in our life, I don’t have a clue about car 🤷🏻‍♀️ John explained everything very well and even showed to try to explain why my car died on me in the middle of the road with the language that I could understand. As a scientific person, i love when someone explain to me very detail about any circumtances what I was dealing with.Again, Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.God bless!

We have been using LeMans Milton to service our Evoque for the past three years. This is a professional business whom you can entrust your vehicle to. You will not be ripped off by ridiculous prices and management and staff are very professional. The premises is well presented and we are happy to visit the Milton branch whenever we require our car to be serviced. For all urgent repairs they will absolutely stretch themselves to get your vehicle seen to sooner rather than later. Top marks for this business and staff.

Highly recommend the team at LeMans in Milton! I recently took my Audi TT to them as there was a bit of a vibration at higher speeds. The team went out of their way to isolate the issue (front wheel bearings) and to also sort out a couple of other small issues. Stuart kept me informed throughout the process and the final costs were reasonable. I will definitely be back with my other vehicles as well!

It’s so funny cause every bad review has same oto reply. I should have understood there are real people bad experiences with you! Such a waste of money and time and there is no result at all. They kept my car 3weeks and charge me lots of money cause they had to replace most of things then said me it’s all good to go. After that in same week my car gave me the same problem sign and they didn’t wanna have responsibility and send me an other services to fix it. Never go back again! Do not waste guys your money and time!

If you want to waste your money and time, you're at the address. I brought them to my car which is I knew what is my car problem because I had a diagnoses test from different service, their price slightly was cheap and they behaved they are specialist about BMW after that I trust them and I left my car with them. After couple days they told me we need to replace extra parts from engine and they gave me after all process 6 grand bills. They were talking that we fixed your car everything is so smooth whatever, after a week the car gave the same problem and when I came back to talk about it they said me 'your car only needs to update for software' and send me to an other place to fix it cause they're not able to do it! They told me the other place is gonna look after me however they didn't know what's going on. When I went to the other place which is Lemans Milton sent me, these guys have no idea what's going on and they refused to repair my car. After all these situation, Lemans Milton also refused to repair my car but I already paid them 6 grand and wasted few weeks so still my car had the same problem again. When the second service place diagnosed my car they found the same problem which is Lemans Milton was saying they fixed the it. My car stayed another 5 weeks on the second service place and they fixed to first problem and after that they found another problem to fix. Lemans Milton staff very unknowledge and they don't know anything about specially BMW. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO DON'T COME THIS CAR SERVİCE TO SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND CAR.

These guys did a great job on a challenging car! The job needed quite a bit of creative problem solving and work arounds. I'm glad that they were up for it? The price was competitive. Just a couple of fine-tuning niggles to resolved after the job but I'm sure they will be sorted.

Took my car in for a rwc and 30 mins later was told it needed 5k of repairs and it was gushing fluids…(car never lost a drop of fluid in months)took it to a proper mechanic and he laughed at what they said because the car needed none of the work quoted

I came in for a diagnostic and repair job. I had poor idle and acceleration after warm up. At first I was sceptical if they could do the job having an older car, 1997 Mercedes c200. I came in and resolve the problem. I'm very happy with the result and the people that work here. Visit was very satisfying.

First time I have taken my VW Golf to LeMans. Team were excellent in diagnosing and repairing issue with reversing camera. Good communication on issue and resolution. Workshop is immaculate and always a good sign of a well run business.

Have been taking my cars there for a good while, initially a 2022 Camry, which they faithfully serviced and repaired for many years. I now have a new Holden Commodore, and Le Mans have been looking after that for the past 12 months. The mechanics seem to know their work, and I think their prices are fair. I will continue to take my cars to Le Mans in future.

Over the last 10 years the team at Le Mans (Milton) have earned my trust. I trust the team to maintain my car to a high standard, without the being over-charged. They perform the work that needs to be done - if there is anything major that needs to be done, let me know before proceeding. And when there are multiple issues/concerns they prioritise them as to what they recommend is done today versus next service.

I really wish that Google had an exclusive 10 Star rating, as I believe LeMans at Milton would win it hands down. I went there today, after having made a booking yesterday with Michael (who is a star in his own right, very professional and friendly). My issue was a very annoying creaking sound coming from the rear of the vehicle, which FOUR other so called garages/mechanics could not find or fix. Yet it did not take long at all for the guys at LeMans to find and fix it. I owe my sanity to you guys and thankyou very much. So hats off to you all and of course I will be back!!!

I used the Milton LeMans service center a few times in the past but the recent one (2 weeks ago) left me with a bad taste. They did an oil change but i found the hard way they did not fill up the new oil ( forgot or whatever). As soon as i drove it half a block my engine stalled and shut down. I Managed to run it back and checked the dip stick. To my horror the dip stick was completely dry. They finally filled the oil. This was an inexcusable error ! I had grave concern this error would cause engine damage and i will be back having an arguement with them. They also provided a service report saying the PCV needed to be changed, the expansion tank has a crack , the engine mounts need to be replaced . A week later, my engine started to idle rough. I took it to a different service center who fixed it one ignition coil replacement. They did not diagnose any of the service issues Le Mans reported.To cut it short , can i trust this shop and will i go there again? Definately NO.

I'm writing my review in the hope that they use this feedback as positive criticism to improve and to hopefully make other customers aware. My Mini Cooper was presented to Le Mans with a wiring/right indicator issue. (Yes, well aware, foreign problem cars, lots of programming etc). I Transferred to Milton, received a quote $1500-$2000 and was happy to proceed. After 2 weeks, I call up to get a rough estimate on time as I was paying for a hire car daily. After calling a few times spread out of the days, receiving mixed conflicting information around the issue, it was not fixed but was sent to an auto electricians called Sterling Autos *WHICH I HIGHLY RECOMMEND*...Now, the problem I occurred with Le mans was the poor communication and compliance. At one point I the owner of the car did not know where my car was. Apparently Sterling Autos got given my car having had already a 2 week wait. Had Le mans asked if it was OK to proceed at this point I would have said No and booked it in at a later date for when I could afford this. After 1 month my car was fixed. Whilst I'm entirely grateful for it being fixed, Sterling Autos fixed my car not Le mans! When chasing up payment they said $2700. They reduced the price to $2500 but when asking for cost breakdown i.e, hours of labour, parts cost etc they could not give me exact amounts and on the receipt this is not described with just a lump sum documented. $1300 in hire car costs whilst my car was in the garage, $2500 total cost to be fixed, $1600 to sterling autos, so please give me a cost breakdown on what the $900 when towards if sterling autos fixed the problem and I also occurred an infringement notice when it was in the hands of Lemans for parking which I feel they added onto the price at the end. My car was also returned back to me with no fuel!

They did not use the oil that the manufacturer and other service centers used in the past 5 services that my car had. instead, they used a cheaper oil without asking me.They also recommended the next service in 6 months, whereas right in the log book, the manufacturer recommends an annual service.I did not get the confidence that my car really received a good service and hence another service is required in 6 months.

After booking a diagnosis for a vacuum leak or potential engine electronics fault causing rough idle, they told me I need a new battery and have a water pump fault, the latter of which was not present when I scanned it the prior to my appointment. The next time I drove my car long enough for it to warm up, it overheated and I was left stranded. After towing home and troubleshooting with the BMW bulletin for water pump failure, I found that the main fuse for the water pump was completely missing. Replacing this fuse erased all of my engine electronics errors, and fixed my supposedly broken water pump.Le Mans motors is a dishonest mechanic out to get your money with unnecessary and misleading repairs, quoting ridiculous labour prices. Don’t let the fake 5 star reviews get the better of you.

I’m doing a road trip all round Australia in a Grand Hiace van. So far I had only done 25K km journey and the odometer has clocked 115K km. Hence I took the car in to have its timing belt replaced plus four new tyres fitted balanced and wheel alignment done: the total price LeMans Milton charged was very reasonable. I was happy with the work done. Thank you Michael for a job well done! Will be back for sure for any future car care!
