5/5 I totally liked your service! My car was having excessive vibration and was very noisy internally when driving. The previous mechanic said the spark plugs and coils needed to be changed as they were causing the problem. I decided to get a second opinion. I went to Lemans Milton and it turned out to be an engine mount that was causing the problem. They did the job of changing it and my car has zero problems! Many thanks to Zac and the Lemans team for their honesty and work!

Wouldn’t recommend based on our experience.We came in because our car broke down and the RACQ actually took us there as it was on the list of approved mechanics, which I really don’t understand after our experience.We were given a quote that ended up being three times what of we paid elsewhere (and the other place even did some extra repairs). There was no clear explanation for the high price, which left us feeling unsure about the transparency.We ended up going to another mechanic just five minutes from the CBD, so the higher price couldn’t be justified by location either. Thankfully, the second garage was honest, fast, and much much more reasonably priced.Disappointed with the experience and wouldn’t go back. Be cautious if you’re not a local or don’t know much about cars.

Asked them to investigate a clunking noise heard when I was at full lock, mainly parking. Kept car for 2 days and eventually quoted $7000 to REPAIR steering rack, control arms, all suspension components at the front end.Taken to a different mechanic today. $170 as 4 bolts were loosened on the steering rack.Lemans took paint off my spoiler and roof, left the car in a mess. Please, stay away.

These blokes are fantastic. Had a puncture today that needed fixing and it was done very quickly by very helpful and obliging staff. In the past three years we've had a few tyre problems, including difficulty in sourcing particular Volvo tyres. Excellent service. I rang the guys about what I thought was a turbo problem. They offered to take a look at my Amarok right away where they took it for a test drive and said they thought it was a drive train issue. They asked me to bring it in a day or so later so they could put it up on the hoist to have a proper look. They found a problem in the rear axle and suggested a few places that might be able to help me out. They didn't charge me for this diagnosis and even tried to give me a bottle of wine !

I need to give another ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️the guys and the crew there at Le Mans bulimba for exceptional service,not only the good mechanic heard the cars problem which empty steering reservoir, he filled filled it up free of charge. took my amarok for diagnostic which they had a look they did a really good job im checking trans oil, front and rear diff oil and said was still good. As a second owner of only 82K kms amarok which was well looked after by first owner thought id trust my instinct and look after it like how it was. Knowing i dont have proper equipment changing trans oil front and rear diff oil. I took it to them, may God bless the mechanics and front desk crew thank you guys so much. I will see you soon for the engine service 👍🏼💯

I have taken my cars (3 at times) to this branch. Recently after noticing a steering issue I left one the of the cars with them to investigate further. They could not find any issues apparently after multiple people looked / drove the car. A week later as I had booked it into reputable Tyre shop for a four wheel alignment we asked them to take it for a quick drive, they immediately could tell there were issues and indicated it is with the power steering rack and said DO NOT DRIVE it anymore till fixed. I called Le Mans explained this and effectively was told we couldn't find any issues and really didn't seem too concerned or fussed even only being one week later. I now have no confidence in their ability to satisfy myself as a customer and I will no longer take any of my cars to them.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!Just Taken my car to here to fix a suspected steering issue with a suspect issue that is known on the car, Provided parts for this fix. They looked at it and informed me no such information regarding my steering and only commenting about 'aftermarket' suspension items and could not identify the front suspension, Common brand Bilstein and trying to get me to install a full set of pedders suspension, which after doing 1 google, they don't make any compatible suspension for the car. Only after 3 calls they gave me information regarding what I had brought it there for and got quoted a silly amount to get it done. Seriously poor practice.Since the response I have added.On the initial call prior to booking it in informed them I had got the part that I suspected was the issue and once again upon drop off informed them that the part was on the passenger seat. After a visual check prior to dropping it off which showed the rack was clearly moving in the mounts.They were happy to do the work when requested over the phone but upon inspection had no comments regarding the steering complaint and saying I should go to put full new struts on the car.

I went to Le Mans for a service they quoted me $3,000 worth of work. My car is 3 years old. The quote was an absolute disgrace to think they can get money like this out of people just because they operate in Bulimba. I took my business else where and it cost me $825 and some of it was under warranty. I wouldn’t recommend taking your car to Lemans ever. Took my car in for a general service - they called and told me I will need 4K worth of repairs. When I asked them to not do the work and picked up the car, the lady at reception told me my car wouldn’t pass qld standards - but told me they couldn’t provide me with a list of what needed to be done since I didn’t agree to the service. At the time I knew she said that to me to bother me since I asked them to not do anything to the car. It wasn’t realistic. Also told me fixing my air con would cost over 1k.I took my car to another mechanic, and they advised there was nothing wrong with my car and no repairs needed. There was a minor oil leak, which doesn’t require attention. They charged $200 to repair my air conditioning.Very disappointed with Le Mans Motors for allowing me to leave them thinking my car was unsafe/not road worthy, while it was absolutely fine.Update - in response to the comment below from Le Mans Motors accusing my review of being fake, see attached email from staff confirming my service appointment. Again, incredibly disappointed that they have failed to take accountability for their actions - ask the lady at the desk what she said to me - she told me it wouldn’t pass qld standards when I said I may sell it. If she said the wrong thing (which she did) - that’s not my problem. That’s yours. Your outrage at my review shows how justified I am in leaving my review in the first place.

If you have an Asian face, I would not recommend this repair shop.The front desk staff, particularly one white woman, was unwelcoming and lacked basic courtesy—no smile, no professionalism, and she wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence. I visited Lemans Woolloongabba for the first time last week due to a strange noise in my car. From the moment I walked in, João, the manager, made me feel really welcome and comfortable. He introduced me to Bruno, who was super attentive and patient. Bruno even took me for a test drive, explaining what was going on with the car, why the noise was happening, and how everything worked.They even put the car on the hoist to show me the part that needed replacing and how it should look. Seeing it for myself gave me a lot of confidence—they really took the time to make sure I understood everything.João and Bruno were both incredibly kind and thorough, and they explained everything clearly. The quote they gave me was very fair, and the issue was fixed much faster than I expected. When I went to pick up my car, I was honestly shocked—they had vacuumed it too!Their customer service is honestly next level. Bruno’s patience and attention to detail, combined with João’s friendly and professional approach, made the whole experience stress-free. As a woman, it’s easy to feel unsure when taking your car in for repairs, but this time was completely different. They were transparent, respectful, and I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me.I don’t usually leave Google reviews, but I felt like I had to for these guys. This was, hands down, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Firstly, I’d like to point out good things1) Booked me in on a short notice two days prior2) And this booking was on Saturday what is a short day so really appreciate it3) The whole cooperation with administrator on the desk was really pleasant but she misspelled my family name, so if you’re going to check database please amend it without A on the end :)4) The service was done in approximately 2hrs what is a good timing from my experience5) The price is on the same level as other euro service competitors so I would say it is positive thing as wellHowever, would probably rate it as 3.5 stars experience but there is no option like that1) When we talked through what needs to be done, I pointed out an oil leak in the rear main seal and asked if we could try Stop Leak. I was told that Stop leak is for coolant but the bottle with this product clearly says stop oil leaks. However, there are slim chances that it would actually work so I didn’t argue over that.2) When they did the call with advices what additionally should be done, it was suggested to change break fluid. Last workshop advised that my breaks due sometime soon so I was asking if there is a point to do the flush if I need to change breaks and the answer was my breaks are fine, then we went through it again and they were fine, I said okay let’s do it but admin decided to check again with mechanic and somehow they became to change them soon as 2k kms. To be fair I’m aware that they do require change but not sure if that soon. And maybe it was just a miscommunication between technicians and front desk. If you’d like to check the call was made this day at 8:14am3) Tire shine is definitely adds up to good customer service but if it is applied correctly not over the body panels. I tried to wipe it off and it’s clearly not dirt but some oily stuff. If you have photos which were made prior to taking my car into service and there are the same spots, I would admit my fault and delete this point. Until then I would hope that it will come off with pressure washer.4) The official recommendation for service is 12 months or 15k kms but I prefer to do it every 10k kms. So why would you write on the sticker that next service is due in 6 months?Update: wouldn’t expect that business would simply lie about what happened and question my integrity, wow. I’m giving you my full concern to release our phone call and show to the mass public what really happened but you will never do it or it will show how you see the opportunity to charge more and go for it. And yeah dialogue about stop leak was at the admin desk, another lie. Now I’m fully confident that changing to 3 stars was a right decision, I would even change to 1 but oh my integrity wouldn’t survive that.PS advice from a person with 0 to nothing experience in customer service. You could’ve just said that there was a misunderstanding between admin and me and we were talking about 2 different products. And with breaks as I even left you a hint miscommunication between departments or just very busy day and admin mixed up my car with someone’s else. Just an apology instead of attacking your valuable customer integrity. So if I know that, are you sure you’re in the right position dear Customer service manager?

I get my Jeep serviced at LeMans and the team there are absolutely brilliant. They always call or text with an update throughout the day. And they always let you know what the car needs and how much it’ll be, before doing any work, and you can decide what work you want done. They’ll even let you know if something isn’t “vital” and what to keep an eye on between servicing.I didn’t have an appointment, but today Emily squeezed me in first thing to get something looked at. The forecourt was packed full of other cars, and the team were clearly going to have a busy day ahead. But I was in and out in 30 mins, problem solved. I can’t say how grateful I am to this team. I had driven from Sydney, been in Brisbane a couple weeks and had to drive back. But something felt increasingly off about the car. I called before I set off and spoke to Emily who told me to bring the car straight down ( which was amazing in itself because I often have to wait a couple weeks at home to get a mechanic to look at my car). First Ryan checked my tires and was extremely helpful without accepting a tip. Then Emily had James take it for a drive immediately and he hadn’t driven it 100 meters before saying something was off. They checked the vehicle for steering and suspension club and found that a control arm bolt was very loose and about to fall off ! Apparently the mechanic who had done the service and before that had put in control bushes hadn’t tightened the bolts. Emily and her team saved us and possibly another car from a potentially fatal accident today as had the bolt come off I would have lost steering control and the wheel.I can’t express my gratitude enough for their willingness to quickly look at my car and solve the problem within a couple of hours. They did a wheel alignment and I couldn’t believe how low the price was when they had effectively just saved us from an awful accident ! I offered to double what she charged me as a well intentioned tip for their service. She refused saying that safety was a priority for them and they were happy to help !I can’t recommend this team highly enough and would definitely come back when in Brisbane.

I thought my car was having electrical problems as the front headlight and rear indicator were not working, even after I replaced the bulbs myself. I booked it in with LeMans for repair, thinking it was going to be a difficult and costly fix.Turns out.... the issue WAS the bulbs! They worked their magic, replaced the bulbs and now the lights work!They didn't charge me for this, even though they could (should) have charged me for their time and the cost of the bulbs. I am very thankful for this as I was expecting to pay a few hundred dollars.They even got me a quote to repair my boot latch without me even asking.I cannot thank them enough.I will definitely keep going to these guys and will recommend them to anyone that will listen!

These guys charged me $7000 to fix my turbo and it still has issues. Took it back but I’m skeptical it had even been fixed. I also asked to get my sliding door fixed twice which they never fixed and now it has issues with the central locking which is going to cost me more $$$. I’m a business owner and I can’t keep taking my van back so often. Calvin was the one I was dealing with but apparently he’s been let go and now there is new management.

Dropped by Volvo S60 which required a replacement thermostat assembly and a pcv valve/oil trap assembly. The Portuguese speaking technicians were highly skilled and carried out testing, convenience store stop, and final repairs within a few hours. John was friendly and customer-service focused, and had a video of the problem to show me. The breakdown was $1300 for labour and $738 for parts. Expensive, but EuroService were very professional. The car runs great now - many thanks.

My car was towed here Tuesday afternoon, i received a quote for 1k( $500 for the parts and another $500 for labor) to replace both the alternator and the belt connected to the alternator. Within an hour of driving the car home i noticed the idle was very low around 400rpm and the car was losing power at 2k rpm. The car died shortly after. After jump starting the car I tested the alternator, battery and fuses between the 2. Alternator isn’t charging the battery and one of the charge fuses was getting no power. Called lemans and explaining how I was dissatisfied with the repair since not only was there new problems that were not present before, but simultaneously the initial repair was never actually completed. Met with a very rude response, will be returning the car on Monday, not very hopeful with the outcome. If you’ve read this far be wary of overpriced and not properly explained labor costs, and be wary of people taking advantage of you for not being as knowledgeable. Couldn’t be more dissatisfied. STAY FAR AWAY

5/5 for the crew at Bulimba. My car needed a lot of work done to it and they had to keep it over the weekend, so they gave me a hire car on the house. Customer service was second to none, they were so friendly and up front with any problems and costing needed for my car. I was very happy with the repairs and service done on my car.
