5/5 for the crew at Bulimba. My car needed a lot of work done to it and they had to keep it over the weekend, so they gave me a hire car on the house. Customer service was second to none, they were so friendly and up front with any problems and costing needed for my car. I was very happy with the repairs and service done on my car. I definitely recommend 💪🏻

Took my Grand Cherokee in to these guys to have a tailgate / boot / trunk looked at as it was not opening. Le Mans had a look at advised it was the open close button for the tailgate. They then said there was none in the country and said 4 - 6 weeks away. I thought this was ridiculous and decided to order this switch from Canada. Part will arrived here in a couple days. Le Mans did not charge for the labor to check this. I conformed the part required with Le Mans the next day and they confirmed it was correct. They also advised $469 was the labor to install this switch. The switch arrived a few days before I was set to bring it back to Le Mans to install this switch, I decided to install this switch myself. It took me 25 mins to install this switch. I also found the trim cover had all clips broken. Nice one Le Mans - could have abvised you did this. The switch was the wrong shade of black, I had this resprayed in Bulimba. Turns out the switch did not do anything, this part cost $300 from a Dodge Dealer in Canada. I returned the switch. I asked the dealer over there if they have had this issue before , the sent a $40 power lift module. This arrived today …. Fitted it and bingo, tailgate is now functioning. Le Mans… if you don’t know how diagnose something … just say so. You made me order things that did not work. Plus paint it … was of money. If you don’t know how to take trim panels of without peeling the door clips … just leave it or tell your customer you broke stuff. You did not phone me to say I have not arrived for the appointment yet… I can understand why … you didn’t know what to do. Don’t recommend these guys for American vehicles. Or German … brought the Audi there and similar experience.

Excellent service and brake replacement on X5, explained what they did and what needed to be done in simple language and told me the cost upfront. Complimentary wash and vacuum of my car. Took my mercedes for a service, cost me $800 for all general - and was quoted new shocks 3.7k were needed and to keep an eye on my front tires. Unfortunately the Lemahns mechanic overlooked my rear pads were in need of replacement and have ended up scratching my rotors to the point of replacement. Given I paid almost $900 for a service - I am extremely disappointed with the oversight of my rear pads - I trusted them and was let down. Told a manager about my ordeal - was given no solution or compensation. Wont be going back unfortunately

I came to Le Mans Newstead service centre after getting various conflicting advice for the repairs of my Peugeot diesel 307.Service manager Kieran was the first person that I'd spoken to in weeks who was prepared to actually listen to my possibilities for causes and repairs that didn't cost an arm and a leg (and result in a failed repair anyway).He thoroughly assessed the vehicle himself and when the data was not satisfying he admitted that they would need to refer to another specialist repairer. They subsequently solved the problem very quickly and very cheaply by taking an alternative viewpoint from the usual "plug n pay" !Would highly recommend Kieran and Newstead Le Mans for their ability to listen, communicate effectively, provide updates and work out a cheaper solution.

I'm just disappointed. I don't tend to leave reviews as I do not like to make a fuss and usually I like the service that LeMans gives and have come here twice. However most recently I got a service and had numerous fixes but the Alternator Pulley was flagged by another mechanic as needing replacement after destroying the serpentine belt just before my service. Lemans said it did not need replacing yet a couple months later another belt shredded and broke and it turns out the alternator needed replacing as it was the cause of the belt breaking which should have been picked up on in my most recent service.

So i took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in to have glow plugs replaced. The mechanic broke the glow plugs in the head removing them so this became an epic task to rectify the problem. When i was quoted $2400 or so the fix my car originally it blew out to $9500. They weren't wearing any cost for their mishap. It didn't end there unfortunately, i had heating problems with the car from then on only discover that the mechanic did not put the hose clips on 2 of the hoses under the intake manifold. This ended up costing another $2700 by an actual jeep dealer to fix. Anyway my point is if you own a Jeep take it only to Jeep. These guys are just average mechanics and don't specialise on any specific model. My beloved Jeep is gone now thanks to Le Mans.

Was my first time getting a car and I got a used car and took it here and they showed me all the things wrong with the car and even showed me the wrecked parts they changed out. The dealer I bought it from also roadworthy my car with bald tires and 2mm of brake pads. Very dangerous. They showed me this and they even got me Pirellis within 4 hours and I had new brakes, rotors, tires and a service b within 6 hours. Amazing work.

I chose Le Mans West End after moving to Brisbane City over a year ago to service my 2015 BMW. Later I had some additional suspension work done. All good. Soon after the car developed a coolant leak... I was starting to think of selling it but decided to see the guys at Le Mans again. This was the real test and I was happy with their repairs and honest explanation of the choices for the full fix and what was actually done. I have left this review for 12 months and the car is still running well so it's time for another service which I will book in with them shortly. What I never told them was that I used to service my own Jaguar XJS V12 - ie. I know a little about what's under the bonnet and I believe they do good work. I really appreciated being able to spend a few minutes with the mechanic to discuss the details of a more complex repair - this is very important to me. Prices are reasonable, there may be cheaper around, but you get what you pay for.

I was shopping around for a clutch replacement. LeMans quoted about $200 less than next best. I booked the car in, dropped it off before they opened and they called on the day to confirm the quote. They ran into a couple of problems, or they had just underestimatee the work involved. Regardless, they kept me up to date on the progress and honoured their original quote. When I picked up the car, I was impressed with cleanliness of the shop and how organised they were. Would definitely use them again and have problem recommending them to others. Good job guys!

Had a issue with the vacuum system in my C30 none of my local mechanics could not identify. When I drove in to the Leman garage, one of the mechanics heard the noise, diagnosed the problem and cause on the spot. Fixed it same day, including sourcing the parts. I brought them to my car which is I knew what is my car problem because I had a diagnoses test from different service, their price slightly was cheap and they behaved they are specialist about BMW after that I trust them and I left my car with them. After couple days they told me we need to replace extra parts from engine and they gave me after all process 6 grand bills. They were talking that we fixed your car everything is so smooth whatever, after a week the car gave the same problem and when I came back to talk about it they said me 'your car only needs to update for software' and send me to an other place to fix it cause they're not able to do it! They told me the other place is gonna look after me however they didn't know what's going on. When I went to the other place which is Lemans Milton sent me, these guys have no idea what's going on and they refused to repair my car. After all these situation, Lemans Milton also refused to repair my car but I already paid them 6 grand and wasted few weeks so still my car had the same problem again. When the second service place diagnosed my car they found the same problem which is Lemans Milton was saying they fixed the it. My car stayed another 5 weeks on the second service place and they fixed to first problem and after that they found another problem to fix. Lemans Milton staff very unknowledge and they don't know anything about specially BMW. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO DON'T COME THIS CAR SERVİCE TO SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND CAR.

I persoanlly had a horrible experience. Car went in for a service and had several belts removed without being put back in. We drove away with a non-functional car, and I was told it was free to put the belts back in after I slowly crawled the car back to the shop. Not being charged for further engine damage is a plus I guess. The car engine subsequently decayed and died a few days later. Be careful at this shop, as they lack due diligence and authentic service.

Was charged $3000 to have my car returned in worse condition when I brought it in. After paying them the money, 5 minutes after driving away my car engine began spluttering before cutting out on the drive home. I immediately went back and told them the issue which the pissed off mechanic who had done the shoddy work stated they had no idea what the issue was with my car and took more hours to identify what they had done to my car. Severely disappointing change in management and staff as the previous manager provided great service.

My renault megane had a rattling noise intermittent on acceleration, Le Mans after 5 days told me It needs a new engine why? Found metallic parts in the oil. Quoted me 3800$ for engine with 144000km,mine had 87000 km and 4000 $, labour. 2nd opinion found the harmonic balancer was broken and auxiliary belt warn out. 875$to repair. Car fixed and runs well. The parts were changed December 22by Le Mans.. Very worried to deal with this type of business.

Left my car in here to get a RWC a few weeks ago. Received a phone call the following day from a woman who said “Not a chance was a RWC going to be provided for my car” i arrived later that day to collect my car and was given a sheet of issues. I brought the car to a different mechanic and was told most of issues on the sheet were fine. And had a RWC issued the following day (at a fraction of the cost)EDIT: I see LeMans Westend have replied to my review. I have added a photo of the defect sheet. I brought the car to 2 other mechanics and the only problem with the car was rocker cover leaking oil. And I’ll just add that I was charged $95 and not “shown empathy” and not charged for the inspection.

Took my VW to these guys last week. Oil pressure was low and was leaking oil. Did my research before bringing it in ao told them to check out the oil pressure before replacing anything. Talked to the manager, supposedly by the name of Calvin. He took my car in and said to make sure the oil pressure warming would be taken care of. They ended up replacing the timing belt seal and the oil cap which might have solved the oil leakage, 100 dollar parts and a quick job charged 600 bucks but accepted because I needed the car.When they called me, I emphasized that they could replace it if it also would solve the oil pressure issue, knowing that would be the bigger problem. They told me yes for sure we checked it no lights etc. When I arrived to pick up the car, they showed me the replacement and I wanted to have a chat with the mechanic. Calvin looked like he didnt want to speak to me because he knew he was wrong. Chatted with the mechanic to fine out he was never informed about the oil pressure issue but that he didnt get the alert either.Guess what, I drove back home for 2km and the light switched on. Took it back to my pal Calvin and he redirected me to the mechanic directly. He was kind to read the errors and it indicated a faulty sensor. I told him okay can you order that one so we can replace it and then also check the pressure… he went to have a 1-o-1 with Calvin to come back to confirm that thats all good and they will call me when part arrives.Today I call them, no track of anything I discussed and I hear that if I dont pay upfront they dont order any parts. Okay cool. Well great service guys, thanks for trying to help me out and help diagnose the real problem. If this grey haired dude with the glasses really runs this joint, please, keep your car far far away unless you want to be sure to come back to spend more for repairs you dont actually need.

I usually don't like writing these reviews.but on this occasion and reading what has happened to other people I will do it...I took my Toyota Yaris car 1 year ago to check my clutch change. The problem started when I realized that the pedal was totally hard and I didn't feel much improvement. For this, I paid more than 2500 dollars.6 months later I came back to give them another chance, you know.... sometimes you can have errors however....I asked them to do a general check on my car. and after this they called me telling me that the clutch was totally bad and finished. To this, I told them that the clutch change was not more than 6 months old and that it seemed absurd to me that they themselves told me that it was wrong because they had changed it! (At this point I suspect they never changed my clutch for a new one. It felt the same or harder than when I left it.)From this point on, the person who was calling me remained completely silent. and he changed the problem with my car and told me that everything was fine... that it was just an oil and brake fluid change.then they did the service and guess what????My car ran out of oil, which scared me a lot. I checked the oil myself and there was absolutely nothing!!I bring my car back to chack what happened and why they didnt do the service properly!! i show them that my car didnt have any oil!!After all this uncofortable situation.... They told me that the oil level was a little bit under than usual.... ( trust me the engine didnt has any oil in)I don't know if this company has lost its reputation or its customer service but I was definitely overwhelmed by other experiences I read similar to mine.I'm about to get my car serviced and I read the reviews of this place again and I definitely can't trust this place.I think they should thoroughly investigate this situation since they should not operate this way.i hope they change the service because I heard before this company use to have excellent and profesional service.

Have been taking my cars there for a good while, initially a 2022 Camry, which they faithfully serviced and repaired for many years. I now have a new Holden Commodore, and Le Mans have been looking after that for the past 12 months. The mechanics seem to know their work, and I think their prices are fair. European friends of mine brought their Suzuki Swift to Le Mans Woolloongabba, because they were worried about an oil leak developing on their engine. I was beside myself when they told me Le Mans quoted close to $3000 to fix the oil leak.I had a look myself and found a leak coming from a solenoid on the engine. I removed the solenoid and found a gasket was split. I ordered a new one for less than $20 sent from Perth, and fixed the leak. All up, with new belts, my friends only spent $60 and some beers my way.Le Mans Woolloongabba had quoted to replace, not only the entire solenoid assembly and gasket for $1500, but wanted to change nearly every oil gasket and seal on the engine for $2780.Which is outrageous, because instead of finding the leak properly and taking care of their customers, they throw the literal parts cannon at a car, and charge the customer through the roof to do it. Not to mention charging them $250 halfhearted look at the engine!Its disgusting to see first hand that a "mechanic" is willing to rip off and take advantage of people. Le Mans is keeping the sleezy mechanic stereotype alive and well. Take your car elsewhere.

Thoroughly disappointed with the service. First, they do not tell you that they do not do logbook service for the price quoted. Then they will call you and triple the price to have logbook service, which you want for your car. After service, I checked oil levels and they were only at half mark.The car had no issues whatsoever previously. I had my car serviced so there is no issue on a road trip. Car broke down after a few 100 KMs of driving.Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else for your next car service.

I forgot to write a review for this place...My VW van broke down a couple months back and I towed it to this shop to get fixed up.I was shocked at the quote they gave me! (Nearly $10,000!!)They wanted $5,750 alone to change the injectors in it!!?I had a brand new injector as a spare that the previous owner had given me, when I took the van in I asked them to see if it was indeed the correct injector for it. They called me the next day stating all of the "problems" with the van and also told me that the injector I had as a spare was incorrect and that they couldn't use it.After the ridiculous quote I received, I had the van towed back home.I had a mobile mechanic come to mine and he said that the injector I had spare was absolutely fine, took him about 30 minutes to install and reprogram it and the van was back on the road - it's been absolutely fine for the past 2 and half months.Also, I have no clue how you guys can quote $660 to replace front brakes and $660 to replace the rears? I did them myself in an hour and the pads cost me $130 all up. It's absolutely crazy!Be careful taking your vehicle's here...As soon as your vehicle enters shop, it'll cost you $250.I don't usually write reviews like this, but when I'm lied to and when you're clearly trying to take advantage of someone (who unbeknownst to you, does have knowledge about cars) then you're going to get a review like this...I'm sure I'll get a silly response to this review as well...

I had booked my car in for a very simple service and told them what I had wanted done.About an hour after dropping my car off, I get a call telling me I had almost 10 things wrong with my car. From windscreen wipers to brake light bulbs, brake pads and of course my new spark plugs were 'fouled' and needed to be replaced. Finally, they said I also needed a radiator and brake line flush. All in all, it was to cost me around $1500.I told them not do anything aside from oil change and oil filter etc, the usual stuff for a service.I had also completely replaced my spark plugs, leads and ignition coil not 6 months ago, so there should be no reason they were fouling and needed replacing. I had also had my brake and radiator lines flushed earlier this year and the mechanic had showed me evidence of the work done.Today, I took my car to a reputable mechanic to give me a second opinion. Low and behold, THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY SPARK PLUGS AND MY BRAKE PADS HAD PLENTY OF LIFE IN THEM!!! I will me making a formal complaint to the head office/headquaters of this company because this is disgusting.These people have the gall to blatantly lie to customers into unnecessary work.These people are total and complete CROOKS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I really wish that Google had an exclusive 10 Star rating, as I believe LeMans at Milton would win it hands down. I went there today, after having made a booking yesterday with Michael (who is a star in his own right, very professional and friendly). My issue was a very annoying creaking sound coming from the rear of the vehicle, which FOUR other so called garages/mechanics could not find or fix. I used the Milton LeMans service center a few times in the past but the recent one (2 weeks ago) left me with a bad taste. They did an oil change but i found the hard way they did not fill up the new oil ( forgot or whatever). As soon as i drove it half a block my engine stalled and shut down. I Managed to run it back and checked the dip stick. To my horror the dip stick was completely dry. They finally filled the oil. This was an inexcusable error ! I had grave concern this error would cause engine damage and i will be back having an arguement with them. They also provided a service report saying the PCV needed to be changed, the expansion tank has a crack , the engine mounts need to be replaced . A week later, my engine started to idle rough. I took it to a different service center who fixed it one ignition coil replacement. They did not diagnose any of the service issues Le Mans reported.To cut it short , can i trust this shop and will i go there again? Definately NO.

I’ve just had the 150K service on my 2014 BMW 520d GT at Le Mans Motors Newstead and I couldn’t be happier. The guys have done a good job with the full service, and were professional enough to get my approval for anything above and beyond the general service. They also offered a referral recommendation for an item that did not fall under their level of expertise. You really couldn’t ask for anything more.

I'm writing my review in the hope that they use this feedback as positive criticism to improve and to hopefully make other customers aware. My Mini Cooper was presented to Le Mans with a wiring/right indicator issue. (Yes, well aware, foreign problem cars, lots of programming etc). I Transferred to Milton, received a quote $1500-$2000 and was happy to proceed. After 2 weeks, I call up to get a rough estimate on time as I was paying for a hire car daily. After calling a few times spread out of the days, receiving mixed conflicting information around the issue, it was not fixed but was sent to an auto electricians called Sterling Autos *WHICH I HIGHLY RECOMMEND*...Now, the problem I occurred with Le mans was the poor communication and compliance. At one point I the owner of the car did not know where my car was. Apparently Sterling Autos got given my car having had already a 2 week wait. Had Le mans asked if it was OK to proceed at this point I would have said No and booked it in at a later date for when I could afford this. After 1 month my car was fixed. Whilst I'm entirely grateful for it being fixed, Sterling Autos fixed my car not Le mans! When chasing up payment they said $2700. They reduced the price to $2500 but when asking for cost breakdown i.e, hours of labour, parts cost etc they could not give me exact amounts and on the receipt this is not described with just a lump sum documented. $1300 in hire car costs whilst my car was in the garage, $2500 total cost to be fixed, $1600 to sterling autos, so please give me a cost breakdown on what the $900 when towards if sterling autos fixed the problem and I also occurred an infringement notice when it was in the hands of Lemans for parking which I feel they added onto the price at the end. My car was also returned back to me with no fuel!

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!I got screwed over so you don't have to. Within a week of my service my brake pad wear indicator began to sound, despite these guys claiming that they inspected my brake pads for wear on the record of work in the service invoice. Better yet, when I asked the guy why they didn't identify the clearly visibly worn brake pad in the service he just shrugged and said they must have missed it. Not only did they miss this but apparently I needed a whole knew brake rotor!Adding insult to injury, they failed to properly reattach the oil filter access cover, which I found flapping in the breeze once I jacked the car up to check the brakes for myself. This explains the weird wind noise I had been hearing since the service. Upon asking the guy why this was the case he just said it rattled loose, which should be impossible because it's supposed to be bolted in.Now I am left sitting here wondering what else they skipped over if they missed stuff as obvious as brake pads and the oil filter cover. I can not urge you enough to take your car elsewhere. These dishonest people not only failed to deliver on the services they charged me for but they failed to own up to their mistakes.

This crowd seem to have about twenty different names on Google so I'll try this one instead. DO NOT GO HEREQuoted me over $3400 incl GST for a Jeep EGR valve replacement on the grounds the car is over five year old and the parts don't exist anywhere in Australia. Interestingly I found the part for $220 after a five minute Google search.Oh and they also charged me $253 just to tell me that I needed $3400 of work which was nice.So yeah I don't recommend.

Le Mans is an endurance-focused race car event held annually near the town of Le Mans, in France. This business has absolutely nothing in common. If you'd like to be charged $220 for quoting what's wrong with your car (without them quoting any diagnostic fee), this is the place for you. If you'd like attitude and terrible service, this is the place for you. If you'd like to be lied to about what's wrong with your car so they can charge thousands of dollars extra, this is also the place for you.This is the most dishonest mechanic I have ever dealt with in my 27 years of car ownership. They claimed the front shock absorbers were leaking, discovered this was a lie when I checked with another mechanic while the car was up on a hoist. They claimed both front CV shafts needed replacing, this was a lie, only one shaft needing repair. They claimed they did a "major service" but didn't even replace the radiator fluid or top it up. What else have they lied about, I'll find it. If you even went the effort of looking up my name in your system, would see that I am a customer. Your response is not factual, and the plenty of bad reviews backs that up too, Alexa.

Thieves. Run away!Never had a so bad experience.How can we trust mechanicals after seeing them?Bring my car for an old and tiny engine oil leak.- They didn't clean anything to "check" if there is still an oil leak or not. They charged me for 253$.- When the guy called me, my car was not able to move, that was an emergency and needed to be fixed now. He did his speech without stopping for 5min just to try to put me under pressure but didn't listened him and came back to check.- In case of the seal is to replace it's more or less 2h of work normally.- They needed 1,5 days to do it and gave me a quote for 2000$ (normal price should be around 5/600$ part included) 😅I moved to an other mechanical that cleaned it and inspect it few hours later and didn't want to charge me for anything.We couldn't see anymore oil leaking and he couldn't advise me to replace any part...

On booking I was given a quote for battery replacement that was more competitive than from Brisbane BMW shop. It looks like it was a simple marketing trick to get me there as a customer. When the job was done they raised their price significantly. They charged me more than official BMW shop. So it was better to go to BMW instead. Their manager couldn't match BMW prices.I was left overcharged and disappointed. I will never use their services again.==========Dear Alexis,I am your genuine customer who was overcharged. I tried to resolve this issue on spot by presenting a quote for the same job from Brisbane BMW asking why you charge me more than your original quote that was written in your journal. But your manager told me that if I don't like the job then LeMans could take the battery back and install my old faulty one. I decided to pay and not to deal with LeMans anymore. I also advise other customers to avoid your services.

I took my car there for a service - and asked that they took a look at the brakes. They called to say I needed new front and back discs and pads, and a brake fluid flush, as well as new tyres. I asked for a quote, and that they include the part numbers as the verbal price was $3,700 for all of the above (not including the tyres). I was told they couldn’t provide part numbers but I insisted, and they eventually did so. The quote they gave me and tried to pressure me into accepting was more expensive than the Porsche Centre around the corner. I declined to go ahead, but when I picked up my car they had not filled in the log book with the brake fluid flush. Subsequently, I noticed a hub cap missing on the front wheel - clearly had come loose or not been refitted after they bled the brakes. When I asked about this they said they had bled them without taking the wheels off! This is hard to believe as the calipers on this car (Cayenne GTS) are pretty big and have one bleeder at the front and one at the back - so not easy to reach. Even if this is true, they somehow made a full assessment of the brakes without removing the wheels….dodgy or not….you decide.TLDR - not very professional at all and seemingly not trustworthy either - would not recommend and won’t use them againAlso see the response below! Trying to blame me and fitting the ‘facts’ so they appear to have done nothing wrong. Have a close look at their reviews below - a number of them are clearly fake and use the exact same picture. It’s left them with 4.9 stars but their genuine review rating would be far lower. Any business that operates this way, and can’t accept feedback is not somewhere you’d want to take your vehicle as far as I’m concerned.

Complained of moaning noise in transmission/power steering. They said tie rods shot, that will fix it. Had them replaced. 2k later same noise still there. I asked what’s going on. Oh that noise is common to all Audis!! Referred to an automatic dealer who is out of business! Not happy.

I got a quote on the phone $250 something and when i towed my vehicle there, it was higher.Then they called me everyday for a different reason and every time price was going up amd up. Totally i paid around $4K. I should have asked them to undo all the work they have done and towed my vehicle.When i picked up my car, dash was showing coolant was empty. I went in and said it's empty, they answered ridiculously as " oh we didn't check the coolant we just did our work ". Wait, what? after you did the job, you didn't turn the engine on and check the vehicle?Then I was driving on highway and suddenly there was a noise coming from front tyres. I called them back and explained the situation again, they denied and said they just did their work! Then I took it to my mechanic and tie rod end was out of it's place. There's no way it can happen on it's own. I can swear they did it, they did something wrong or forgot to ensemble every part but I can't prove.On the invoice they don't clearly mention their hourly rate because it's beyond ridiculous. They just say this much parts, this much labour. But how many hours of labour, how much per hour their labour fee is?Long story short, if you value your life ( I'm not saying your vehicle, I'm saying your life, their irresponsible attitude and mistakes could cost your life) just stay away from this extremely unprofessional and expensive place.

**REPLY TO OWNER RESPONSE BELOW***My car broke down on a Sunday and Le Mans was the closest and safest place I could get my car to. Two days later, I received a phone call to find they performed over $1000 of unauthorised repairs without my consent and couldn’t fix the problem. I was advised by my car dealership who fixed the major problem at no charge to take the matter to fair trading as this work was illegal. Fair trading agreed and followed the matter up. Sadly, Le Mans would not admit fault and reimburse. Never has a mechanic performed any sort of repair on my car without consulting me first for consent. Furthermore, this matter was a recall matter. If Le Mans is a European car specialist mechanic, wouldn’t they be aware of this? After booking a diagnosis for a vacuum leak or potential engine electronics fault causing rough idle, they told me I need a new battery and have a water pump fault, the latter of which was not present when I scanned it the prior to my appointment. The next time I drove my car long enough for it to warm up, it overheated and I was left stranded. After towing home and troubleshooting with the BMW bulletin for water pump failure, I found that the main fuse for the water pump was completely missing. Replacing this fuse erased all of my engine electronics errors, and fixed my supposedly broken water pump.Le Mans motors is a dishonest mechanic out to get your money with unnecessary and misleading repairs, quoting ridiculous labour prices. Don’t let the fake 5 star reviews get the better of you.

So I have an A3 Audi. I needed a diagnostic as my car had some issues. After seeing positive reviews I thought I’d give them my business. When I picked the car up and paid I left but noticed a big series of scratches on my steering wheel which was not there before. It also looked different (aged) it was clear it was not my steering wheel at all. It looked like it had been swapped with an old, dirty one. I called them up and returned the car straight away. My car is kept spotless and in great condition so I knew something was not right. I was told that that they would escalate this and get back to me. As I was leaving, I asked if my service book (which I checked the morning of the service) had been updated and was just told it should have been. However, once I was home I found that the book was not there and was missing. I went back the next morning and asked for it and was told that again it would be escalated - not “we haven’t found it” or “we are still looking for it” or anything regarding an attempt to find it. I belong to an Audi club and have told all the associates there of my experience. I’m still waiting to hear from the GM which I have been promised would be today. However no follow up. On my experience so far, I’d give this business a miss. My experience has been poor. One day passed getting my car back, the faults are still displaying. I’ve since rebooked my car into the Audi dealership for a complete overhaul and inspection.

Price gouges. Called around for best price service, these guys had good price but then I got a call from one of the guys in the office who seemed to me like his only job was to price gouge me. Called up talking about I needed 1000's of extra costs, I just wanted the service! Because of this I feel a bad taste in our transaction and there is plenty of competition around. Funny thing is he made it sound like my car would explode if I didn't do the work he asked. Drives fine for the next 3 months 😅🤣

Always ask for a physical paper or Email quote prior or just avoid this place!My European van had broken down and was towed to this place.1 day later a Guy called (sounded friendly) and quoted from what I heard was $750 for the repairs. I approached the front desk to pick up my car and all of a sudden was asked to pay up over $2000! The guy on the front desk who I didn’t manage to get his name, made out I had misheard him whilst his other colleague refused to show me the invoice unless I pay! Eventually showing myself the invoice, I believe he was using your typical sales tactics & technical terms to confuse/convince clients and justify the extortionate prices.To my surprise another customer came in yelling, experiencing similar issues to myself. “Phone call price and description was misleading and spoken very quickly” “No physical quote was given prior” “servicing" items which a mechanic was not asked to do nor was it necessary. The amount of money spent on "labour" is absolutely absurd. Like most reviews on this page, I'll be moving forward with a complaint to the MTA and hope this does not happen to anyone else.I’m not sure how these guys can happily sleep at night knowing what they’re doing is morally wrong, ruining peoples life’s and placing them in financial ruin. It’s really disgraceful how they can get away for this for so long at the cost of so many.I’ve learnt the hard way and it will take me a very long time to get back on track but for anyone else, I’ve learnt always ask for a physical quote prior and shop around, do not accept in desperation over the phone for a quick fix. Always check reviews fully by clicking newest…oldest. This way your filter out more legit reviews. Don’t indicate your desperate or know nothing about cars.Please stay far far away from this place as possible!

Found it very frustrating.I get diagnostics done and when I book the job in have to explain what is required. My first service got up sold to do a carbon blast and I have regretted ever since. Next thing the EGR filter goes, replace that and all of a sudden the DPF is cracked.

I got my car towed here after it broke down. Apparently their emails weren't working and they couldn't send me the quote - ok that's fine call me back - they lost my phone number somehow even though when my car broke down I made sure they repeated my number back. So I ended up waiting days past when they said it would be ready with no response. Anyways they quoted me for 5.7k on the service, I have found somewhere else for 2.7k for the exact same service. Nice guys who work here but they try their best to milk your pockets unfortunately. At least when I told them we did not want to proceed with the service, they politely understood.

a year ago i went to a place and was quoted $1100, lemans more than double to over $2500, another place within the same day said $1200-1300, i dont know if it was some kind of mix up thinking i had a different car but i gave them the details and thats what i was told, i have to assume it is because i hear nothing but praise for them, but who knows some places overcharge when they are super busy because it is supply and demand, nice to get multiple quotes it seems regardless

I've previously used LeMans at Newstead with no issues whatsoever, always friendly staff and great prices. Sad to say this is not the case anymore. Absolute rip off merchants! $1600 for a service and 2 standard tyres. Your website clearly states that you offer Afterpay as a payment method with no interest and no extra fee's. When given the quoted price over the phone, the amount jumped almost and extra $150 when I mentioned Afterpay. Your manager tried to pass this off as normal, which it is absolutely not and I will be reporting this to Afterpay. Definitely won't be returning to LeMan and or recommending you to friends who have moved to the area.

I’m doing a road trip all round Australia in a Grand Hiace van. So far I had only done 25K km journey and the odometer has clocked 115K km. Hence I took the car in to have its timing belt replaced plus four new tyres fitted balanced and wheel alignment done: the total price LeMans Milton charged was very reasonable. I was happy with the work done. Thank you Michael for a job well done! Will be back for sure for any future car care!

Le Mans has been warmly recommended by a friend and I was really keen to get them to fix my car.... When I called the Newstead branch, they told they couldn't help me and that the Bullimba branch would be able to do the work. The Bullimba branch then told me they couldn't do it and sent me to the Woolloongabba one... which I called and told me they couldn't do it and sent me to a fourth one. At that stage I just gave up because clearly Le Mans doesn't want the job. SO DISAPPOINTING.Guess I'll give my money to someone else.

I had an issue with a transmission and spoke to Chad. They ran their tests but couldn't find the issue. Chad referred me to a specialist who said to upgrade the trans oil with an additive. I went back to Chad who arranged this and after all 3 visits was only charged $138 for the oil change.100% honesty and placing the clients needs first. Awesome!

I turned to LeMans Milton to look after my new-to-me Suzuki Swift that needed some TLC upon purchase. I had my rear brakes fixed on my BMW X3 by the Bulimba shop and with in 2 weeks the car developed noises from the rear axle I took the car back to them and I was advised it was a problem with the rear differential and needed to be replacedI went to another BMW mechanic who diagnosed it as the wheel bearings I then discussed this result with the Le Mans mechanic and he still said the differential was bad after that I went to BMW for a diagnosis and they also reported the problem as wheel bearingsI had the wheel bearings replaced by Brisbane BMW I returned to the original lemans garage and advised them of the solution to which they just shrugged their shouldersNow the after thinking on this whole situation I have come to the conclusion that the wheel bearings were damaged during the rear brake repair process and Lemans motors should be liable for the wheel bearing repair costs

I rate the Le Mans Motors Team 6 Stars! My 2012 BMW328i ECU and engine rapidly deteriorated and died. Some mechanics or owners would have walked away from repairing the vehicle. I chose to restore my vehicle and the Le Mans Motors Team provided expert advice and services to get my vehicle back up and running. They worked across multiple workshops to diagnose issues and apply niche' expertise and experience to recommend best value-for money solutions, including sourcing a quality replacement engine (with much lower km's and warranty) and new ECU and all associated mechanical repairs. The Team bent-over-backwards to get my car fixed with high quality parts and kept me informed on progress. My car is running like new has extended longevity. 6 Stars!

DO NOT GO HERE. Booked my BMW in for preventative maintenance replacing a water pump and thermostat. Took the car in Thursday and was not ready until Friday afternoon. The engine was left in a disgusting state with fluid stains. Upon driving the vehicle the next day it went into limp mode and had to be towed to my regular mechanic. The issue was a boost leak caused by incorrect reassembly by these clowns. I have had no prior issues with my car whatsoever.If you take your car here expect a dogsh^* delay and further issues in the future 🙂

Le Mans Bulimba are amazing! So easy to deal with and trust worthy. Got a major service and other things that needed to be done. Told me what I needed ASAP and what could wait. They called before carrying out any repairs and checked with myself first which is what all mechanics should do but dont!Thank you Le mans Bulimba you guys are great and will be back for future services!
