Firstly, I’d like to point out good things1) Booked me in on a short notice two days prior2) And this booking was on Saturday what is a short day so really appreciate it3) The whole cooperation with administrator on the desk was really pleasant but she misspelled my family name, so if you’re going to check database please amend it without A on the end :)4) The service was done in approximately 2hrs what is a good timing from my experience5) The price is on the same level as other euro service competitors so I would say it is positive thing as wellHowever, would probably rate it as 3.5 stars experience but there is no option like that1) When we talked through what needs to be done, I pointed out an oil leak in the rear main seal and asked if we could try Stop Leak. I was told that Stop leak is for coolant but the bottle with this product clearly says stop oil leaks. However, there are slim chances that it would actually work so I didn’t argue over that.2) When they did the call with advices what additionally should be done, it was suggested to change break fluid. Last workshop advised that my breaks due sometime soon so I was asking if there is a point to do the flush if I need to change breaks and the answer was my breaks are fine, then we went through it again and they were fine, I said okay let’s do it but admin decided to check again with mechanic and somehow they became to change them soon as 2k kms. To be fair I’m aware that they do require change but not sure if that soon. And maybe it was just a miscommunication between technicians and front desk. If you’d like to check the call was made this day at 8:14am3) Tire shine is definitely adds up to good customer service but if it is applied correctly not over the body panels. I tried to wipe it off and it’s clearly not dirt but some oily stuff. If you have photos which were made prior to taking my car into service and there are the same spots, I would admit my fault and delete this point. Until then I would hope that it will come off with pressure washer.4) The official recommendation for service is 12 months or 15k kms but I prefer to do it every 10k kms. So why would you write on the sticker that next service is due in 6 months?

The team at Le Mans are fantastic - had an issue with my Volvo - booked with West End originally but they transferred my car to their Woolloongabba shop as it needed specialist tooling.They kept me informed throughout and without prompting them they offered me a courtesy car to use over the weekend whilst they completed the repairs.They’re reasonably priced as well, which for a euro car repairer was a really nice surprise. Love how proactive they were and how friendly their team are.Great job, Le Mans.

I get my Jeep serviced at LeMans and the team there are absolutely brilliant. They always call or text with an update throughout the day. And they always let you know what the car needs and how much it’ll be, before doing any work, and you can decide what work you want done. They’ll even let you know if something isn’t “vital” and what to keep an eye on between servicing.I didn’t have an appointment, but today Emily squeezed me in first thing to get something looked at. The forecourt was packed full of other cars, and the team were clearly going to have a busy day ahead. But I was in and out in 30 mins, problem solved. Went there for a service a couple of months ago. A few weeks ago my car start leaking oil. Went to another shop and the mechanic told me that they forgot to plug the washer while changing the oil engine. They charge me $350 for it. That’s a very bad experience and cost me money.

I had one leaking seal on a hub that needed replacing.This place quoted over $2,000 and told me I needed to replace my whole rear braking system.So I went to an honest mechanic instead, and the only problem was the seal, which I paid to get replaced.Next time you should try using some engine oil as lubricant before you try to do me like that.

I can’t say how grateful I am to this team. I had driven from Sydney, been in Brisbane a couple weeks and had to drive back. But something felt increasingly off about the car. I called before I set off and spoke to Emily who told me to bring the car straight down ( which was amazing in itself because I often have to wait a couple weeks at home to get a mechanic to look at my car). First Ryan checked my tires and was extremely helpful without accepting a tip. Then Emily had James take it for a drive immediately and he hadn’t driven it 100 meters before saying something was off. They checked the vehicle for steering and suspension club and found that a control arm bolt was very loose and about to fall off ! Apparently the mechanic who had done the service and before that had put in control bushes hadn’t tightened the bolts. Emily and her team saved us and possibly another car from a potentially fatal accident today as had the bolt come off I would have lost steering control and the wheel.I can’t express my gratitude enough for their willingness to quickly look at my car and solve the problem within a couple of hours. They did a wheel alignment and I couldn’t believe how low the price was when they had effectively just saved us from an awful accident ! I offered to double what she charged me as a well intentioned tip for their service. She refused saying that safety was a priority for them and they were happy to help !I can’t recommend this team highly enough and would definitely come back when in Brisbane.

[*UPDATE 21/11/24: Kieran called and cleared up the conundrum via phone call. Turns out it potentially may have been a case of a torx screw lost/missed by another mechanic I saw a month prior who changed my serpentine belt.]The call back shows the care they have for their work which is a bonus.OLD REVIEW:My experience was ‘mostly’ positive.. communication from Kieran & staff were fantastic and service overall was great but loses 2stars short of 5 after discovering a number of the cover screws at the bottom of my 2010 VW Passat CC were missing after a recent oil change I conducted which I tend to do on my own at home. I then needed to source the screws out myself through Norris VW spare parts in Virginia - a slight inconvenience.Either the boys rushed the reassembly after my appointment on 15/07/24 or they completely forgot… either way, this wasn’t what I expected from an establishment with consistent 5 star reviews. I’m slightly anxious to think about everything else they forgot to screw back, including the nuanced aspects in the internals after checking my cars timing belt/turbo that I’m yet to find out about.It’s my hope that attention to detail and excellence in even the smallest things is improved upon in the future. You guys haven’t lost a customer and I’m open to improving my review in a future visit.. so here’s hoping 🤞

I booked it in with LeMans for repair, thinking it was going to be a difficult and costly fix.Turns out.... the issue WAS the bulbs! They worked their magic, replaced the bulbs and now the lights work!They didn't charge me for this, even though they could (should) have charged me for their time and the cost of the bulbs. I am very thankful for this as I was expecting to pay a few hundred dollars.They even got me a quote to repair my boot latch without me even asking.I cannot thank them enough.I will definitely keep going to these guys and will recommend them to anyone that will listen!

These guys charged me $7000 to fix my turbo and it still has issues. Took it back but I’m skeptical it had even been fixed. I also asked to get my sliding door fixed twice which they never fixed and now it has issues with the central locking which is going to cost me more $$$. I’m a business owner and I can’t keep taking my van back so often. Calvin was the one I was dealing with but apparently he’s been let go and now there is new management.

Be careful, these people are scammers. I was quoted $275 for a service plus $66 for the wiper blades. They tried to charge $450 for it all. They also tried to convince me to change the spark plugs, saying it is a very difficult job… I won’t be returning or recommending them to anyone.

Dropped by Volvo S60 which required a replacement thermostat assembly and a pcv valve/oil trap assembly. The Portuguese speaking technicians were highly skilled and carried out testing, convenience store stop, and final repairs within a few hours. John was friendly and customer-service focused, and had a video of the problem to show me. The breakdown was $1300 for labour and $738 for parts. Expensive, but EuroService were very professional. The car runs great now - many thanks.

My car was towed here Tuesday afternoon, i received a quote for 1k( $500 for the parts and another $500 for labor) to replace both the alternator and the belt connected to the alternator. Within an hour of driving the car home i noticed the idle was very low around 400rpm and the car was losing power at 2k rpm. The car died shortly after. After jump starting the car I tested the alternator, battery and fuses between the 2. Alternator isn’t charging the battery and one of the charge fuses was getting no power. Called lemans and explaining how I was dissatisfied with the repair since not only was there new problems that were not present before, but simultaneously the initial repair was never actually completed. Met with a very rude response, will be returning the car on Monday, not very hopeful with the outcome. If you’ve read this far be wary of overpriced and not properly explained labor costs, and be wary of people taking advantage of you for not being as knowledgeable. Couldn’t be more dissatisfied. STAY FAR AWAY

I had the most incredible experience with this auto shop after bringing my car in they were able to quickly diagnose a problem that the Porsche Centre was not able to. Because the problem requires fixing elsewhere they also did the diagnosis free of charge which was a very pleasant surprise. My mercedes c200 unfortunately developed a nasty idle, loss of power and jerky acceleration. I was pressed for time and called LeMans that minute and even though they were busy, they said they would have a look. After dropping off I was told that I should have an answer on diagnosis and recommend repairs by the end of the day. True to their word (even though they were very busy that day) I had a call that afternoon with my options. The team carried out the necessary repairs and gave me a comprehensive report of their findings and a few things to keep an eye on.You will not be disappointed, the staff are very friendly, straight forward and informative. They care very much about their customers and will make sure they can provide the best quality and experience for them.My experience here, though short. Was met with friendly professional staff who fixed my car in less than 24 hours! Definitely coming back for the next service.

If I could give less I would. Our ranger had a problem starting. Was told it was a glow plug module causing it. After the problem being fixed for 2 days then it not working again we took it back in and apparently it was the fuel pump. After an initial $1200 for glow plug module and minor service they then wanted to replace the fuel pump for an additional $1300. I’ve called RACQ today and they have fixed the car by cleaning the cam shaft position sensor as there was a code being thrown for it which the mechanics said was only for the glow plugs. Overall would never go back here or recommend to anyone. They rip you off and try and take you’re money don’t fall for it

Took my mercedes for a service, cost me $800 for all general - and was quoted new shocks 3.7k were needed and to keep an eye on my front tires. Unfortunately the Lemahns mechanic overlooked my rear pads were in need of replacement and have ended up scratching my rotors to the point of replacement. Given I paid almost $900 for a service - I am extremely disappointed with the oversight of my rear pads - I trusted them and was let down. I came to Le Mans Newstead service centre after getting various conflicting advice for the repairs of my Peugeot diesel 307.Service manager Kieran was the first person that I'd spoken to in weeks who was prepared to actually listen to my possibilities for causes and repairs that didn't cost an arm and a leg (and result in a failed repair anyway).He thoroughly assessed the vehicle himself and when the data was not satisfying he admitted that they would need to refer to another specialist repairer. They subsequently solved the problem very quickly and very cheaply by taking an alternative viewpoint from the usual "plug n pay" !Would highly recommend Kieran and Newstead Le Mans for their ability to listen, communicate effectively, provide updates and work out a cheaper solution.

I'm just disappointed. I don't tend to leave reviews as I do not like to make a fuss and usually I like the service that LeMans gives and have come here twice. However most recently I got a service and had numerous fixes but the Alternator Pulley was flagged by another mechanic as needing replacement after destroying the serpentine belt just before my service. Lemans said it did not need replacing yet a couple months later another belt shredded and broke and it turns out the alternator needed replacing as it was the cause of the belt breaking which should have been picked up on in my most recent service.

So i took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in to have glow plugs replaced. The mechanic broke the glow plugs in the head removing them so this became an epic task to rectify the problem. When i was quoted $2400 or so the fix my car originally it blew out to $9500. They weren't wearing any cost for their mishap. It didn't end there unfortunately, i had heating problems with the car from then on only discover that the mechanic did not put the hose clips on 2 of the hoses under the intake manifold. This ended up costing another $2700 by an actual jeep dealer to fix. Anyway my point is if you own a Jeep take it only to Jeep. These guys are just average mechanics and don't specialise on any specific model. My beloved Jeep is gone now thanks to Le Mans.

I chose Le Mans West End after moving to Brisbane City over a year ago to service my 2015 BMW. Later I had some additional suspension work done. All good. Soon after the car developed a coolant leak... I was starting to think of selling it but decided to see the guys at Le Mans again. This was the real test and I was happy with their repairs and honest explanation of the choices for the full fix and what was actually done. I have left this review for 12 months and the car is still running well so it's time for another service which I will book in with them shortly. What I never told them was that I used to service my own Jaguar XJS V12 - ie. I know a little about what's under the bonnet and I believe they do good work. I really appreciated being able to spend a few minutes with the mechanic to discuss the details of a more complex repair - this is very important to me. Prices are reasonable, there may be cheaper around, but you get what you pay for.

I was reluctant to go to LeMans in Woolloongabba at first, but recently after a couple of car repairs/services at the Gabba branch, I can say LeMans only employ the best mechanics and staff.As we all know, a company is only as good as its employees!Good to see management take pride in good ol fashioned, honest, respectful and professional customer service.Highly recommend this company.

Had a issue with the vacuum system in my C30 none of my local mechanics could not identify. When I drove in to the Leman garage, one of the mechanics heard the noise, diagnosed the problem and cause on the spot. Fixed it same day, including sourcing the parts. It’s so funny cause every bad review has same oto reply. I should have understood there are real people bad experiences with you! Such a waste of money and time and there is no result at all. They kept my car 3weeks and charge me lots of money cause they had to replace most of things then said me it’s all good to go. I brought them to my car which is I knew what is my car problem because I had a diagnoses test from different service, their price slightly was cheap and they behaved they are specialist about BMW after that I trust them and I left my car with them. After couple days they told me we need to replace extra parts from engine and they gave me after all process 6 grand bills. They were talking that we fixed your car everything is so smooth whatever, after a week the car gave the same problem and when I came back to talk about it they said me 'your car only needs to update for software' and send me to an other place to fix it cause they're not able to do it! They told me the other place is gonna look after me however they didn't know what's going on. When I went to the other place which is Lemans Milton sent me, these guys have no idea what's going on and they refused to repair my car. After all these situation, Lemans Milton also refused to repair my car but I already paid them 6 grand and wasted few weeks so still my car had the same problem again. When the second service place diagnosed my car they found the same problem which is Lemans Milton was saying they fixed the it. My car stayed another 5 weeks on the second service place and they fixed to first problem and after that they found another problem to fix. Lemans Milton staff very unknowledge and they don't know anything about specially BMW. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO DON'T COME THIS CAR SERVİCE TO SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND CAR.

I persoanlly had a horrible experience. Car went in for a service and had several belts removed without being put back in. We drove away with a non-functional car, and I was told it was free to put the belts back in after I slowly crawled the car back to the shop. Not being charged for further engine damage is a plus I guess. The car engine subsequently decayed and died a few days later. Be careful at this shop, as they lack due diligence and authentic service.

Was charged $3000 to have my car returned in worse condition when I brought it in. After paying them the money, 5 minutes after driving away my car engine began spluttering before cutting out on the drive home. I immediately went back and told them the issue which the pissed off mechanic who had done the shoddy work stated they had no idea what the issue was with my car and took more hours to identify what they had done to my car. Severely disappointing change in management and staff as the previous manager provided great service.

My renault megane had a rattling noise intermittent on acceleration, Le Mans after 5 days told me It needs a new engine why? Found metallic parts in the oil. Quoted me 3800$ for engine with 144000km,mine had 87000 km and 4000 $, labour. 2nd opinion found the harmonic balancer was broken and auxiliary belt warn out. 875$to repair. Car fixed and runs well. The parts were changed December 22by Le Mans.. Very worried to deal with this type of business.

Left my car in here to get a RWC a few weeks ago. Received a phone call the following day from a woman who said “Not a chance was a RWC going to be provided for my car” i arrived later that day to collect my car and was given a sheet of issues. I brought the car to a different mechanic and was told most of issues on the sheet were fine. And had a RWC issued the following day (at a fraction of the cost)EDIT: I see LeMans Westend have replied to my review. I have added a photo of the defect sheet. I brought the car to 2 other mechanics and the only problem with the car was rocker cover leaking oil. And I’ll just add that I was charged $95 and not “shown empathy” and not charged for the inspection.

Took my VW to these guys last week. Oil pressure was low and was leaking oil. Did my research before bringing it in ao told them to check out the oil pressure before replacing anything. Talked to the manager, supposedly by the name of Calvin. He took my car in and said to make sure the oil pressure warming would be taken care of. They ended up replacing the timing belt seal and the oil cap which might have solved the oil leakage, 100 dollar parts and a quick job charged 600 bucks but accepted because I needed the car.When they called me, I emphasized that they could replace it if it also would solve the oil pressure issue, knowing that would be the bigger problem. They told me yes for sure we checked it no lights etc. When I arrived to pick up the car, they showed me the replacement and I wanted to have a chat with the mechanic. Calvin looked like he didnt want to speak to me because he knew he was wrong. Chatted with the mechanic to fine out he was never informed about the oil pressure issue but that he didnt get the alert either.Guess what, I drove back home for 2km and the light switched on. Took it back to my pal Calvin and he redirected me to the mechanic directly. He was kind to read the errors and it indicated a faulty sensor. I told him okay can you order that one so we can replace it and then also check the pressure… he went to have a 1-o-1 with Calvin to come back to confirm that thats all good and they will call me when part arrives.Today I call them, no track of anything I discussed and I hear that if I dont pay upfront they dont order any parts. Okay cool. Well great service guys, thanks for trying to help me out and help diagnose the real problem. If this grey haired dude with the glasses really runs this joint, please, keep your car far far away unless you want to be sure to come back to spend more for repairs you dont actually need.

I usually don't like writing these reviews.but on this occasion and reading what has happened to other people I will do it...I took my Toyota Yaris car 1 year ago to check my clutch change. The problem started when I realized that the pedal was totally hard and I didn't feel much improvement. For this, I paid more than 2500 dollars.6 months later I came back to give them another chance, you know.... sometimes you can have errors however....I asked them to do a general check on my car. and after this they called me telling me that the clutch was totally bad and finished. To this, I told them that the clutch change was not more than 6 months old and that it seemed absurd to me that they themselves told me that it was wrong because they had changed it! (At this point I suspect they never changed my clutch for a new one. It felt the same or harder than when I left it.)From this point on, the person who was calling me remained completely silent. and he changed the problem with my car and told me that everything was fine... that it was just an oil and brake fluid change.then they did the service and guess what????My car ran out of oil, which scared me a lot. I checked the oil myself and there was absolutely nothing!!I bring my car back to chack what happened and why they didnt do the service properly!! i show them that my car didnt have any oil!!After all this uncofortable situation.... They told me that the oil level was a little bit under than usual.... ( trust me the engine didnt has any oil in)I don't know if this company has lost its reputation or its customer service but I was definitely overwhelmed by other experiences I read similar to mine.I'm about to get my car serviced and I read the reviews of this place again and I definitely can't trust this place.I think they should thoroughly investigate this situation since they should not operate this way.i hope they change the service because I heard before this company use to have excellent and profesional service.

European friends of mine brought their Suzuki Swift to Le Mans Woolloongabba, because they were worried about an oil leak developing on their engine. I was beside myself when they told me Le Mans quoted close to $3000 to fix the oil leak.I had a look myself and found a leak coming from a solenoid on the engine. I removed the solenoid and found a gasket was split. I ordered a new one for less than $20 sent from Perth, and fixed the leak. All up, with new belts, my friends only spent $60 and some beers my way.Le Mans Woolloongabba had quoted to replace, not only the entire solenoid assembly and gasket for $1500, but wanted to change nearly every oil gasket and seal on the engine for $2780.Which is outrageous, because instead of finding the leak properly and taking care of their customers, they throw the literal parts cannon at a car, and charge the customer through the roof to do it. Not to mention charging them $250 halfhearted look at the engine!Its disgusting to see first hand that a "mechanic" is willing to rip off and take advantage of people. Le Mans is keeping the sleezy mechanic stereotype alive and well. Take your car elsewhere.

Thoroughly disappointed with the service. First, they do not tell you that they do not do logbook service for the price quoted. Then they will call you and triple the price to have logbook service, which you want for your car. After service, I checked oil levels and they were only at half mark.The car had no issues whatsoever previously. I had my car serviced so there is no issue on a road trip. Car broke down after a few 100 KMs of driving.Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else for your next car service.

I forgot to write a review for this place...My VW van broke down a couple months back and I towed it to this shop to get fixed up.I was shocked at the quote they gave me! (Nearly $10,000!!)They wanted $5,750 alone to change the injectors in it!!?I had a brand new injector as a spare that the previous owner had given me, when I took the van in I asked them to see if it was indeed the correct injector for it. They called me the next day stating all of the "problems" with the van and also told me that the injector I had as a spare was incorrect and that they couldn't use it.After the ridiculous quote I received, I had the van towed back home.I had a mobile mechanic come to mine and he said that the injector I had spare was absolutely fine, took him about 30 minutes to install and reprogram it and the van was back on the road - it's been absolutely fine for the past 2 and half months.Also, I have no clue how you guys can quote $660 to replace front brakes and $660 to replace the rears? I did them myself in an hour and the pads cost me $130 all up. It's absolutely crazy!Be careful taking your vehicle's here...As soon as your vehicle enters shop, it'll cost you $250.I don't usually write reviews like this, but when I'm lied to and when you're clearly trying to take advantage of someone (who unbeknownst to you, does have knowledge about cars) then you're going to get a review like this...I'm sure I'll get a silly response to this review as well...

I had booked my car in for a very simple service and told them what I had wanted done.About an hour after dropping my car off, I get a call telling me I had almost 10 things wrong with my car. From windscreen wipers to brake light bulbs, brake pads and of course my new spark plugs were 'fouled' and needed to be replaced. Finally, they said I also needed a radiator and brake line flush. All in all, it was to cost me around $1500.I told them not do anything aside from oil change and oil filter etc, the usual stuff for a service.I had also completely replaced my spark plugs, leads and ignition coil not 6 months ago, so there should be no reason they were fouling and needed replacing. I had also had my brake and radiator lines flushed earlier this year and the mechanic had showed me evidence of the work done.Today, I took my car to a reputable mechanic to give me a second opinion. Low and behold, THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY SPARK PLUGS AND MY BRAKE PADS HAD PLENTY OF LIFE IN THEM!!! I will me making a formal complaint to the head office/headquaters of this company because this is disgusting.These people have the gall to blatantly lie to customers into unnecessary work.These people are total and complete CROOKS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I went there today, after having made a booking yesterday with Michael (who is a star in his own right, very professional and friendly). I used the Milton LeMans service center a few times in the past but the recent one (2 weeks ago) left me with a bad taste. They did an oil change but i found the hard way they did not fill up the new oil ( forgot or whatever). As soon as i drove it half a block my engine stalled and shut down. I Managed to run it back and checked the dip stick. To my horror the dip stick was completely dry. They finally filled the oil. This was an inexcusable error ! I had grave concern this error would cause engine damage and i will be back having an arguement with them. They also provided a service report saying the PCV needed to be changed, the expansion tank has a crack , the engine mounts need to be replaced . A week later, my engine started to idle rough. I took it to a different service center who fixed it one ignition coil replacement. They did not diagnose any of the service issues Le Mans reported.To cut it short , can i trust this shop and will i go there again? Definately NO.

I’ve just had the 150K service on my 2014 BMW 520d GT at Le Mans Motors Newstead and I couldn’t be happier. The guys have done a good job with the full service, and were professional enough to get my approval for anything above and beyond the general service. They also offered a referral recommendation for an item that did not fall under their level of expertise. You really couldn’t ask for anything more.

I'm writing my review in the hope that they use this feedback as positive criticism to improve and to hopefully make other customers aware. My Mini Cooper was presented to Le Mans with a wiring/right indicator issue. (Yes, well aware, foreign problem cars, lots of programming etc). I Transferred to Milton, received a quote $1500-$2000 and was happy to proceed. After 2 weeks, I call up to get a rough estimate on time as I was paying for a hire car daily. After calling a few times spread out of the days, receiving mixed conflicting information around the issue, it was not fixed but was sent to an auto electricians called Sterling Autos *WHICH I HIGHLY RECOMMEND*...Now, the problem I occurred with Le mans was the poor communication and compliance. At one point I the owner of the car did not know where my car was. Apparently Sterling Autos got given my car having had already a 2 week wait. Had Le mans asked if it was OK to proceed at this point I would have said No and booked it in at a later date for when I could afford this. After 1 month my car was fixed. Whilst I'm entirely grateful for it being fixed, Sterling Autos fixed my car not Le mans! When chasing up payment they said $2700. They reduced the price to $2500 but when asking for cost breakdown i.e, hours of labour, parts cost etc they could not give me exact amounts and on the receipt this is not described with just a lump sum documented. $1300 in hire car costs whilst my car was in the garage, $2500 total cost to be fixed, $1600 to sterling autos, so please give me a cost breakdown on what the $900 when towards if sterling autos fixed the problem and I also occurred an infringement notice when it was in the hands of Lemans for parking which I feel they added onto the price at the end. My car was also returned back to me with no fuel!

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!I got screwed over so you don't have to. Within a week of my service my brake pad wear indicator began to sound, despite these guys claiming that they inspected my brake pads for wear on the record of work in the service invoice. Better yet, when I asked the guy why they didn't identify the clearly visibly worn brake pad in the service he just shrugged and said they must have missed it. Not only did they miss this but apparently I needed a whole knew brake rotor!Adding insult to injury, they failed to properly reattach the oil filter access cover, which I found flapping in the breeze once I jacked the car up to check the brakes for myself. This explains the weird wind noise I had been hearing since the service. Upon asking the guy why this was the case he just said it rattled loose, which should be impossible because it's supposed to be bolted in.Now I am left sitting here wondering what else they skipped over if they missed stuff as obvious as brake pads and the oil filter cover. I can not urge you enough to take your car elsewhere. These dishonest people not only failed to deliver on the services they charged me for but they failed to own up to their mistakes.
