#Audiindooroopilly avoid this dealership if you canHad the WORST experience of our lives at Audi Indooroopilly. All they care about is your money - nil customer service, nil values, nil integrity. Were forced into signing a contract for a Q3 - agree we should have used better sense however they were the least accommodating after that. They had the car over-priced by atleast 5k and made a HUGE deal about letting us get out of the contract. In the end we had to pay the penalty - guess they need the money more than we do. Looks like that's how they make money - by robbing their customers with very poor customer service. They won't even shirk away from bad mouthing other Audi dealers - tells you about their integrity. Hope karma comes and bites them. Wouldn't have even given 1 star but that's the least I had to choose from. Sales persons who we had this experience with were Michael Bassett (who apparently has given his own dealership 5 stars on this page - this tells us how badly they need the star rating) & Ryan Davis. In fact a few of their own staff have given themselves 5stars on this same page to boost up their own ratings - DESPERATE TIMES ASK FOR DESPERATE MEASURES - you guys have my empathy!read more

Can I say rubbish customer service? Coz you really are.Sent my car for airbag recall, they called me serval days ago, they asked where do I live, and I said kelvin grove, they said that they can drive me back on that day. After I arrive they asked me, says kelvin grove is too far they can’t.How funny is that.Also, they said once they finished they will inform me to pick up my car.Which they didn’t. And then I called them on 5.15, ask if my car is ready for pick up, they said yes but we are closing soon, can you be there before 5.30.I said why you don’t inform me, they said we did see your message. No, sorry no meat at all and no phone call.That’s my wonderful experience with them.Good job Audi Indooroopilly Also, they keep calling me do car service with them, I suggest don’t. They ask me change everything even a lot of them are still in good condition and can work fine when I do service with them, also, they simply will charge you 5 times more than other place simply because they are Audi.Since I with Audi Indooroopilly, all experience are terrible. Rude and unprofessional! Lack of customer service.Car has two problems after warranty expires only by a couple of months(weird). I got promised that someone will contact me after service being done . It was three weeks ago. Since then I’m calling every day and again just promising to return my call. Finally I could talk to the service manager who advise me that my car won’t be covered with n warranty . Why ? How they know that it didn’t happened under warranty?! I told him that I was gonna upgrade to a 100K car soon but I won’t be after this incident. He said “Okay Richard...Thank you”Worst customer service ever after buying a 60K dollar car not to mention that I took my friend with me who but the same vehicle at that time.If I’d known that after spending 60K I’ll get a service like this I would definitely never go with Audi Indooroopilly. Sent my car in for airbag recall. Had to reschedule 3 times because they told me they didn't have any airbags in stocked. The delay from the first appointment was more than 2 months. When I finally got a chance to get the airbag replaced, I found that they scratched the inside (driver side) windscreen and deny saying no evidence to prove it was done by them. Manager who spoke with me was rude and even asked me to get it polished elsewhere and had to bear the cost on my own. Being a prestige car dealer, I expected better customer service. Not to mention, sales team were very lazy in answering queries despite interest in buying a new car.read more

I came in with my wife and we wandered around for about 15 minutes, Just because I was not wearing an expensive suit I was ignored, Infact the only person who said anything to me was a man washing the cars with a hello. There was 2 or 3 salesman just loitering at the top of the stairs while I walked past them twice and I asked if I could see the new A7, I was told he is busy at the moment but if I go inside someone would be able to assist me. At this point I felt rather frustrated so my wife wanted to leave, 48hrs later we drove home in a new 5 series BMW and we actually felt like we were a guest at BMW not a nuisance as the service was what I expected when spending almost $125,000 on a vehicle.Was quite a shame as I had read some articles on the A7 and was looking forward to sitting in one and test drive aswell. I would not normally go to such an effort to critique a. Business, But I had such a vastly different experience at BMW that my wife felt like I should leave feed back about the Audi experience or lack of.Thank you.read more

I was quoted $1,500 for a hydraulic transmission mount (just the part)... Yeah right! To make it worse, this was after I gave them my number on the promise of a call back, which after a month I finally gave up on. I think this kind of price hiking behaviour should be banned by Audi. In hindsight I regret doing any business with this dealership. They have only one purpose, and that's to take advantage of your pocket. Keep away!read more

Recently took my Audi RS3 in for its first service. Loved the customer service, was given a free replacement car for the day, which was extended (without charge) to two days when I couldnt meet the pick-up time, and had a few minor things fixed up under warranty without any hassle.I was nervous about the ongoing levels of support offered by Audi due to the other comments (especially after the vehicle outlay), but this has settled any concerns. Just picked up me gorgeous Audi Q2 from Audi Indooroopilly. James was my super sales executive and he knew exactly what I was looking for. As it turned out the vehicle I chose had been sold, but rather than disappoint me the same vehicle was located from interstate and it was brought up by road. James kept me up to date with the delivery progress and sent me photos when my car arrived. He even arranged to have my wheels painted to match the black trim on my Q2. When I picked up the car he explained all the gadgets and gave me a full run down of all the features and how to apply them (still learning those). Overall very happy with the service we received at Audi Indooroopilly in particular Jordan who managed the sale. One word of advice though, be very clear about what options are included and ask the salesperson to demonstrate before you sign a contract. This is not helped by Audi website which can be confusing as there are so many options some of which are included as standard. Having only owned Toyota’s before, This is our first entry into the European car world as we could not go past the build quality and standard options included. This is backed by the confidence of a 5 year warranty and free servicing during the warranty period. Cannot fault our chosen car in the end the 50TDI Q5, its a ripper of a car.read more
