They checked the vehicle thoroughly, explained what they found in plain language, and gave me a clear idea of what needed attention. LeMans Car Service Woolloongabba knocked it out of the park. I made contact with them about getting two of our cars serviced, within a week they were both totally sorted and ready for us to pick up. They kept us informed on the entire process. I can't see how it could have been better, thank y'all!

If I could give no star I would. My partner specifically asked and wrote for this company to check her tyres as her back left tyre had only 7psi. She was given her car back (plus an overpriced car service bill) and was told that there was nothing wrong with the tyres and that they had been checked throughly. Two weeks later she was stranded road side with the same back left tyre, now not road worthy due to internal heat damage and an old screw in the tyre not being found - things that they should easily have been able to detect had they actually tried to.Instead of focussing on what she asked them to, they instead spent their energy trying to upsell cabin filters (which we replaced brand new a month ago) and windscreen wipers.We are thinking of seeking damages as if they had identified the actual issue and fixed it, we wouldn’t be out of pocket >$1k PLUS whatever it costs for a genuine mechanic to check the car and ensure no damage has occurred to the rest of her vehicle from driving consistently on a damaged tyre.I do not recommend going to Le Mans if you are a woman. They are dismissive and seem chauvinistic. They are also more focussed on upselling unnecessary servicing add-ons rather than actual safety issues.

Highly Recommend Avoiding.The experience I had was extremely unprofessional. They held my car with no communication for over two weeks, they lied about the parts ordered.I told them I will take my car to another shop as no updates have been provided, work completed or anything done. Suddenly upon receipt of this text. All the work was complete and the car will be ready in the afternoon.I wasn't given a professional qoute. That threw in absolutely unacceptable charges, things I had already replaced a week prior, just to see if they would be honest.When I arrived, I was given another qoute amount, hundreds of dollars well above the first informal qoute given.I would highly avoid this shop and go somewhere like MRSP in Capalaba.I was qouted $3600 for something mpre than 2 other shops qouted for $1300 Max.Absolute ripp off's, dodgy workmanship and poor communication

Great experience at LeMans Motors Car Service in West End. I came in without a booking because my check engine light started flashing while driving, and they still fitted me in and looked at the car straight away.Emily was fantastic. She walked me through everything clearly, took me out to the engine bay to show me the leak they found, and made sure I understood the issue and my options before any work was done. She was also happy to let me take photos of the problem, which I really appreciated.Two mechanics worked on my car and the repair was done to a high standard. I left feeling like they were honest, transparent, and genuinely cared about getting it right rather than just pushing a quick fix.Highly recommend this shop if you want a team that communicates well and does quality work.

I had noticed a slow leakage of air pressure from one of my tyres and needed it seen fast. It was easy to book with LeMans Newstead and when I arrived they assured me about the steps they’d take to diagnose the issue. The prices they quoted were more than reasonable. When I picked up my car, thankfully there were no major problems and just the valve needed replacing. They did it in a few hours and for free - what more could you ask for! Friendly service from the guys there capped off the five star service. Highly recommend and will be going back.

I understand reputation is everything in a business and I don't leave bad reviews usually but you gotta understand Simon for a car that old spending about 3k and not having the desired outcome still is just not right. Calling me 'keyboard warrior'? You're better than that. I would've approached you for a call but I don't have the car anymore as I had to let it go and I also don't wanna waste any more of my time on this.And you can filter the reviews and see what I said about the person working at the reception and how some other people here have had the same experience. I called le mans again after spending around 3k for a car that I had to sell for $4k and people did have a look at it but it would still jerk and not drive fine. I didn't get the service I expected after spending that much and I do feel robber because Rocker cover shouldn't be that expensive to fix. It's been over a year now but it still pains me to think that money went to sink. Only reason I'm replying now and didn't in the last 2 months since you saw my comment is because I got notified just now and there's nothing I would change about my review still after discussing it with other mechanics.I brought in my mazda 3 for an issue which was never fixed but in return I was listed with other issues. Alright that’s fair but then being told that’s what’s causing those issues and then them still being there? Yeah right. I was quoted to spend about around $3000 for a rocker cover and spark plugs all that now I know couldve been done for way cheap after talking to other mechanics and you’d think if you’re spending that crazy money you’d get a good customer service? No. Its actually been a year a since the service and I am bad with names but I remember Emily still for how arrogant and rude she was about everything. Hope she doesnt run the place and if she does and if this is the owner reading, maybe have a chat with her. I still feel robbed because then I was told I’d have to pay regardless of whether I get stuff done or not for the time and while that’s fair I still never got it fixed after spending 3k on a 2010 car

The mechanical work on the car was done really well, and we were happy with the repairs. The team were reachable and the person at the front desk was helpful both in person and on the phone. The communication throughout made the process easy to deal with. I dropped into LeMans as a Google search showed they were a Renault Service Center close to the area I was working in. I had an Airbag warning come up in the dash of my Renault Trafic and I wanted to be sure it wasn’t anything that is dangerous. I didn’t have a booking or even call ahead but the team at LeMans went above and beyond to get someone to run a fault scan on my van, identify the fault and get me back on the road with peace of mind. I had a very disappointing experience with this workshop. After they worked on my car, a component was not fitted correctly, which caused my car to break down in the middle of the highway. This created a dangerous and stressful situation for both me and my wife, and I had to arrange for the car to be towed home after work.The following day, I had a trusted mechanic inspect the vehicle. They confirmed that the issue was caused by the improper fitting of the part by the workshop. Unfortunately, this also led to engine-related problems that required additional repairs.What should have been a straightforward job ended up costing me significant time, money, and inconvenience, not to mention the safety risk of breaking down on the highway. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this workshop. I would strongly advise others to double-check any work carried out before driving their vehicle.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING experience with Le Mans Motors Newstead.I booked my 2015 Audi A5 in only to obtain the genuine part number for a fault my independent mechanic had already diagnosed. Instead, I was charged $176 for a four-hour diagnostic that simply confirmed the same issue, then refused the part number because I might get the repair done elsewhere??EVEN WORSE, immediately after leaving the workshop, my car lost power on the highway, began rattling, displayed multiple warning lights, and eventually shut down in the middle of the road. My mechanic later found that the air intake pipe had been left loose due to the service centres negligence , causing the issue and a dangerous breakdown in the middle of the road. This happened straight after Le Mans had worked under the bonnet.Paying $176 for information I already had, being refused the part number, and then having my car returned with a critical component not even properly secured, a basic responsibility for any professional service centre was completely unacceptable. A loose air intake pipe left my vehicle unsafe to drive, caused it to lose power and break down and put my husband and me in a dangerous situation.I do not recommend this workshop.

Took my VW Multivan to Lemans for a major service. I expected it to be expensive and appreciated the upfront quote on the recommended work. During the service they discovered a leaking power steering pump, which meant the timing belt replacement had to wait — but I’m glad they found the issue before it became a bigger problem.Not cheap, but car repairs rarely are these days. Communication was good, the team were professional, and I’ll be back to get the remaining work done. Happy to recommend.

I have a 2016 BMW X1 and needed the battery replaced. This is no easy DIY job with BMW’s, and I got quite high quotes . I booked at LeMans as they had the best price and was SOOO pleasantly surprised! I was 2 hours late for my 8am appt and Lee still prioritized getting my car in right away, as I was waiting while the work was done. The bill was actually a little less than quoted, and Lee was just SO GREAT and straight forward to work with. A HUGE breath of fresh air in today's “no accountability” culture. And even though I live on the other side of Brisbane, I will be making the trip to Milton to get repairs done at LeMans in the future due to my GREAT experience. I HIGHLY recommend LeMans.

They performed a really good service of my 2011 Suzuki Swift and produced a comprehensive report which was really helpful. They did the classic upsell of wanting to replace the air filters, break fluid, wipers etc however, their customer service was great and happily broke down the cost of each change which was comparable to market rate. On top of that, their communication was excellent and they got everything done within the day. Even when i noticed some break squeaking after the service, they sorted me out free of charge. Overall great experience, I will definitely be getting my car serviced here again.

Bit of a different review this time. Recently bought a van for the business which required a timing belt and also had a diesel leak the team at LeMans here was awesome. Emily had fast and effective communication which meant the van was back to us the next day. They also fitted my booking in before anyone else which meant I was on the road and didn’t lose any time or money with the business.. 100% will be using these guys again for all future vehicles

Great service. Firstly they can always fit you in without days or weeks of wait time as there is adequate staff on board. There is clear communication about any work that is a priority re repairs. They have the facility to safely leave your car early in the morning and I have always had my vcar serviced and all necessary repairs done within the day.

The people at LeMans West End are legends! I recently bought a used car from a dealership and have unfortunately inherited many issues that require urgent repair. I came to LeMans in the hopes of getting a 2nd opinion so that I can convince the dealership to repair the issues and they looked everything over and did a report for me free of charge. Having Le Mans - West End look after my 2015 A1 Audi is terrific. Easy booking on line or by phone, excellant communication by Emily throughout process, orderly workshop and clear what they are doing, pricing explained before they do the work and detailed invoices supplied. I'm not knowledgeble with cars so appreciate time spent to explain what is required and what isn't, what should be budgeted for next time. Less expensive than Audi servicing and close to home and transport to and from as well! When recently had a very damaged tyre, fitted me in and fixed without issues. Damage to a sensor also done in same manner.

Exceptional customer service. They were able to fit me in within three days for a service. Drop-off was easy and they opened right on time. They called to explain the work and costs before proceeding, which I really appreciated. The Jeep Wrangler feels much happier and they did a great job, including stamping the logbook and providing a detailed service report. Even got a free bottle of wine! Very happy and will definitely be back.

My Amarok went into limp mode whilst in Brisbane yesterday due to DPF issues and LeMans Motors were able to force a regen and get me back on the road so i could get back home. Lemans, as always, did an amazing job again today looking after one of our cars that it has been servicing for many years. Unfortunately they could not do the AC degas for my particular vehicle and they recommended a place to go to, not only to safe money but time so we could get our AC sorted. Lee and Rod are awesome. Definitely miss Michael and Stu but Lee and Rod run the place like a champ.
