Le man Milton was my regular mechanic for the annual car service in the past years. I was happy with the quality work, the previous manager was easy to talk to and everything was done neatly and the communication was easy and smooth in my past experiences. However the experience of these two days have changed my opinion completely, and I will never go back to them again.On Friday evening, my car started shaking while driving so I requested RACQ to toll my car to Le Man Milton. The RACQ service provider checked my car and mentioned that there could be misfiring issue caused by coil and spark plug problem which might cost me $400.So I left my car at Le Man Milton and left a voice message informing that I will bring the key to them on their working time. After getting my key yesterday, Le Man Milton confirmed the misfiring problem and told me that the cost will be $749 as they will replace all four coils and they updated the spark plug for me.The cost was unexpected and high. I happen to have a tight budget at the moment so when I went back to the shop, I asked politely if they do payment plan at all. After hearing my question, the manager Morgan changed his attitude and tone straight away saying “you have to pay now!” I was quite surprised by his change of attitude and I never intended to not pay for it. I replied that I will pay, I’m just asking for options like payment plans or split payment as such. He was unhappy and said YOU HAVE TO PAY IT ALL NOW. I explained that of course I will pay again. How about split payment? He said it is difficult to split the payment by two bank cards, yet eventually he said yes unwillingly. After the agreement, I noticed that he put $375.5 in the machine instead of $374.5. I had to ask him to change and then he changed the amount quietly. It was unpleasant and awkward.Although the car engine was fixed, I saw that the staff left paper/garbage in my car so I had to throw them out myself. While driving it today I discovered that the new stereo system I put in (in end of April this year) is not working at all. I brought my car back to Le Man Milton during lunch break and wanted to know what’s wrong. After I talked to the technician about my stereo not working, he opened my car door, looked inside my car for 3 seconds and told me that it is because I used a really bad USB charger which caused the fuse system failing. It’s nothing to do with their work. “All you need is to replace the fuse.” I was not convinced at all cuz how could he look at my car for three secs only and made the judgment.The manager Morgan came out from the office, chatted with the technician and said that they can check and replace the fuse system for me. The technician went in my car, took my stereo out with really rough hand (unplugged my USB charger cord and threw it on the ground in front of me).After some checking, turned out the fuse system is fine. The technician took the stereo out and checked the wiring and the power at the back, and confirmed that everything is working well. The manager then said “your stereo prob has been playing out before yesterday so you need to take the stereo to supplier cuz it’s their problem. It’s not related to our work at all.” Truth is my stereo was working completely fine before their work yesterday. Even when I was waiting for RACQ’s tolling service, I was using the stereo system for music and phone calls etc.I left Le Man and continued driving to work. While driving, I noticed the clock is not working anymore and had to phone them to tell that the clock is not working after their check. Morgan the manager simply replied that “your clock is still fine. He (the technician) probably forgot to plug it back that’s all. Okay. Goodbye.” I had to phone back to ask if they can fix it for me and maybe they can get the stereo out while they fix the clock. The manager said “no i don’t have time to do that. I can fix the clock. If you want us to take the stereo out, we have to charge.”I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with the whole experience and will never come back again.

Great service, explained everything they were doing and had it ready by the next day, even though my car needed a lot of things doing. Chose here because they specialise in Fiats and I had taken my car in to a general mechanic before that had made no difference. The car is driving good as new now :)

Look after three transit vans for us that do heaps of Kms. Always fit us in when we have downtime and always get them back same day which is vital to us. Good approachable people too.

Last week I had my car booked in to find out why the engine light was on. I was told it would be $75 but they then tried to charge me $181. They also promised to give a report on the issue but didn't and on my drive home I discovered broken pieces on the floor from under the dash. I called to get these issues rectified but still nothing has been done. I was told the manager would return my call but hasn't.-Overcharged-Damaged my car-Didnt do what I paid them to do.

I dropped my BM in to Marcus at the new LeMans garage in West End. I had an issue with rough idling and a noise coming from my steering wheel. Not only did Marcus and his team make time to fit the car in, they resolved both issues inside of a couple of hours. Thanks guys .. great customer service. I have already recommended you to three of my colleagues!

I went to Le mans motor to replace the rotors, get a RWC and to check clunking noise. The manager Tim Feher said I need to replace the front tyres too(even though I only drove 20,000 km on it). I ended up with a bill of $1,497!Surprisingly after I left, the car noise was still there. When I I came back, Tim was irritable, this person lacks communication skills. He wanted to book another appointment to check the issue(after I paid $1500 the previous day). For the money I paid, they didn't take the car for a test drive! I doubt everything he mentioned about the car. My first and last time to go there.

Thanks heaps LeMans Milton for fixing my Volvo XC90 turbo diesel.Even though the Volvo part had been recently updated, the repair was done with the newest version part, effectively and efficiently. Super job!

I have been taking our cars to Le Man's Milton for the last 15 years. They always provide a great service at a good price. Always manage to fix the car when it is convenient for me. Recently had an issue with an accessory belt and they repaired at no cost. Thanks Tim, Dan and the team.

100% Confidence. Couldn’t speak highly enough of Tim and the team at Le Mans Motors Milton. I first came here a few months ago for a second quote on a service after feeling that I was being taken advantage of at a different business. The team made sure that I was informed of all my options and completed the work efficiently and and at a significantly better price than I had been quoted by any other business.I recently had an issue with my car and was fitted into Le Mans immediately, with same day turn around and incredible value. I feel very well taken care of here and will certainly be having my car serviced here for the foreseeable future. I would strongly recommend Le Mans to anyone who wishes to feel confident that they are getting what they pay for and more and experience great customer service along the way. Thanks again!

They charge me 250$ for a check up + change the transmission fluid and wanted to add 550$ to change :Coolant flush, engine air filter and brake fluid, that is just ridiculous!Avoid, will never come back

Friendly customer service, great communication. The car repair was a little late but Tim was very transparent and even compensated us! I wouldn't have ever expected that kind of service at a mechanic.I've always been very anxious with mechanics. Pricing, confidence and with little things like applying advertising stickers that don't come off. Not here!Tim was overwhelmingly great. They have my full confidence and I'm 100% booking it in next time I need it. There's a reason they only have 5 star ratings!

Came in asking my front control arm bushes to be repaired. They had a look at the state of them and could get them ordered to have it installed the next day. During this conversation he quoted me the price for parts and labour.The next day, I went to pick up my car and he mentioned that he stuffed up with the order and ended up replacing the entire front control arms. Because I agreed on the quote, he told me that they would cover the surcharge of the parts and labour needed. So I only paid the quoted price, getting more than a decent discount on the entire deal.Kudos for them, delivering on their promises, even when it means taking on a chunk of the cost themselves.Definitely recommend this mechanic as they are an honest and professional team! I know where I will go again.

Got my Skoda Octavia serviced here after having been servicing at the dealership for the first 5 years. These guys give good old fashioned service with in depth knowledge of euro cars. Customer service was impeccable, explained issues in detail and pricing is much more reasonable. Car felt really good after service.

Le Mans, Milton are a brilliant mechanic shop. My wife and I needed a bulb changed after a minor accident. Tim was extremely compassionate and understanding, especially after the stress involved with a bump on the road. He put our minds at ease and took care of the repairs/replacement within an hour. I honestly cannot recommend Le Mans enough. A+ for service and A+ for the work completed. If you're in Brisbane's west side, you won't find a better service for a better price. Thank you Tim and the team at Le Mans for your incredible work and for taking the anxiety out of our day.

Le Mans Motors at Milton have maintained 3 of my cars for the last 10 years. As soon as my new cars were out of warranty I took them to Le mans. I trust the team to maintain my cars to a high standard, without the being over-charged. They perform the work that needs to be done - if there is anything major that let me know before proceeding and when there are multiple issues/concerns they prioritise them as to what they recommend is done today versus next service. I also like the way they supply spare parts, tyres, etc - they chase a reasonable price. I recommend them to my friends and a 5-star Review has been earned of the last 10 years and is well deserved. Thanks Guys.

100000% recommend this mechanic. Tim and his team did a thorough service on my car, which was well overdue as I’d been nervous about finding a car mechanic since moving to Brisbane that wont rip me off.
