What a lovely chap he is and also the other mechanic. They did the car much quicker than expected, called me to chat about a couple of little things that werent quite right and let me know I needed needed new tyres without the heavy sell pressure. They even repaired a puncture on the spare. My husband came back in with me to collect the car and was so impressed he will bring his car to you from now on as well. In some situations they even talked me out of unnecessary "repairs" suggested by other "experts". Shame work has meant it is unreasonable to take my car there now (distance).
